i don't use either, so go ahead. I use gatorade, dextrose, or some simplex carb.

Fructose (the sugar in apple juice) does not elicit much of an insulin response. On top of that, it's lipogenic. I think water would be preferable to apple juice (unless you're going to drink it anyway).

Yeah, the same thing would apply to orange juice. I think that grape juice is the only one having dextrose as the main sugar.

Nah, i haven't been "bustin nuts" in about 5 weeks.
Well, so many people advise different ways on what to use with creatine. I was using Gatorade, but stopped. I'll use grape juice when i bulk.

I haven't been there since July myself. I'm heading out to Puerto Rico in a couple of weeks so I've been cutting.
I have no idea what the sugar breakdown of Gatorade is, but I'm pretty sure it's a mix. It's probably not that big of a deal what you mix your creatine with. I usually throw it in my post workout shake (whey and ultrafuel) and in my morning shake when I remember.

I was told Gatorade wasn't that great, as far as cutting goes. Causes too much of a spike?
Anyho, lucky you going on vacation.
My lady went to PR in the summer. And she came back with tan lines.

I guess it depends on how much you take, but there's probably to much fructose in it. I'm not a big fan of taking carbs with creatine anyway. I think it's okay post workout, but otherwise i try to avoid extra sugar.
Yeah, I'm really looking forward to the trip. My wife and I didn't go anywhere this summer, so this is pretty much our summer vacation.
Tan lines are a good thing
