Just as the title says. Since I have started working out, I have developed what are either small man boobs or slightly more developed pecs. I havn't eaten that much more, and have been doing lots of chest workouts, but my chest isn't hard at all, even when I try to tense it (not how you actually tense your chest though lol). I am about 13% BF if that helps. I can post a picture or more stats if it is needed.
How can I tell which I have got? Cheers.

Strength, size, power and speed arent achievable without dedication, focus and determination.

LOL reviving such an old thread, it's easy to tell if it's fat or muscle, seeing if it jiggles is dumb, because muscle jiggles, anybody who isn't crazy skinny and has decently low bodyfat and muscle will know, my pecs jiggle, my triceps also jiggle, THE HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MUSCLE AND FAT IS THAT WHEN YOU PINCH THE SKIN, YOU CAN'T PINCH MUSCLE UP, BUT YOU CAN PINCH FAT UP. You can't pull the muscle away from your body even though it jiggles, you'll only be able to grab a little bit of skin, but when it's fat, you will be able to grab and pinch it. Everything you can pinch is fat
Strive for progress not perfection
Start lifts: Bench - 45lbs/Squat - 65lbs/Deadlift - 90lbs/Overhead press - 20lbs
Current lifts: Bench - 185lbs/Squat - 265lbs/Deadlift - 330lbs/ Overhead press - 120lbs
Not everyone wants to get as big as Ronnie Coleman, stop making people insecure by calling them anorexic.
