This board has been an awesome source of information for me so thanks everyone!
Okay, I am about to put together a stack for lean muscle growth. I have been working out 3 days a week and running three days a week and my results have been decent. Sor far the only supplements I have taken have been a multi-vitamin and protein (muscle milk). I want to add some supplements that will help add muscle but not fat. I have decided not to take any pro-hormone stuff, or any stimulants (they mess with me). So here is what I am thinking (including the stuff I am currently taking):
Multi-vitamin
Muscle Milk Protein
MRI CE2 Creatine
HMB (5 grams per day)
and maybe L-Carnitine
Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!!

Multi-vitamin - which brand?
Look into NOW Adam, Opti-Men or Animal Pak
Muscle Milk Protein - digests too slowly if you've been using it post workout. Save it for pre bed and get either ON 100%, Syntrax Nectar, Substance WPI or AST VP2.
MRI CE2 Creatine - This is fine
HMB (5 grams per day) - not bad, but better getting the actual Leucine itself in bulk.
as for the l-carnitine, if you're looking for an amino to help with fat loss, try taurine as it removes fat used during cardio etc out of your body faster.
and maybe L-Carnitine- NOTICE: Not all posts represent my own opinion. I enjoy playing devil's advocate.

Great suggetions guys thanks!
As for the Multi-Vitamin I have to admit I am just using Centrum Men's one a day. I was looking at the GNC Men's I will definately check out NOW and Animal Paks. I have been using Muscle Milk twice a day basically as a meal replacement to help me get 5 meals a day. I was taking one after workouts, so I will try another whey for that. Again thanks!Last edited by lespaulguns; 06-18-2006 at 07:35 AM.
