Height frauding

I'm a true 6'1.5 and I can't tell you how many "6'4" people I've encountered who are the same height as me. Or "6'2" people who are an inch or two shorter than me. Sometimes the occasional "6'7" guy who's like 1-2 inches taller than me. And everyone always guesses my height to be 6'4 which to me indicates that they think of themselves to be taller than they truly are. I'm guilty of calling myself 6'2" just because at this point I feel like it's a more accurate representation of my height compared to other men since it seems like almost everyone is frauding their height.

I usually think people are taller than me when they are exactly the same height. Example, I think someone is around 6' or 6'1'', and when I go closer our eyes are on the "same level"... lol. weird. Is it just me?


And OP, if you are 6'1.5'' you can easily look 6'2.5'' if you have a good posture.

Remember it can vary. They can be claiming their morning height and you claiming your afternoon/evening height, and they are not lying.

Yeah I think people look taller than they are from a distance too sometimes. And my posture sucks. I probably lose an inch off my height from my ****ty posture. Maybe it makes me seem taller?
