Well I would like to start things off by saying thanks to Manofmany and Ergogenix for allowing me to log another one of there products. The product that I will be logging is AfterMath. AfterMath is a Post-Workout Recovery Complex. AfterMath is suppose to Stimulate Protein Synthesis, Replenish Energy Stores and Reduce Muscle Damage.
My name is Peter Wicks and I have been lifting for quite some time now. I completed the P90X program three times and now I workout at Bally's gym in the Carausel Mall. My workout consist of hitting the weights up four times a week and cardio two times a week. The 7th day of the week is my rest day.
I am currently a Security Officer for the Syracuse school district and following my first job I drive to Skaneateles to run a lawn business. My workouts will be two during the week late at night and the other two will be on the weekend.
Workout Style
I like to hit the chest and back together twice a week. One time is with heavy weight low reps and the second time is low weight with higher reps. My other two workouts consist of legs one day and arms/ shoulders the other day. I also directly work my abs at least three times a week.
I will be posting my most recent before picture in my next post. When I got home from work on Tuesday the 25th my package was there so I through on some shorts and went for a three mile run. when I returned from my run, I downed my first AfterMath drink. I will also comment on the taste and mix ability in my next post. Thanks again Manofmany and Ergogenix and to everyone who follows my log.

I was lucky enough a couple weeks ago to sample both the fruit punch and Blue raspberry. I thought both flavors tasted good, but I really liked the Blue Raspberry so I picked that one. I agree with you, the whole time during my jog yesterday I was licking my lips because I couldn't wait to get back home because I knew what was waiting for me at home, Blue Rass.

Before Pic and Special Notes
Well here is my before picture it was taken May 6th.
http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/ph...-photo/5549962
I will post another picture two weeks from now and then my 3rd picture when I finish my log.
Special Notes
There are a couple things I would like to mention from the start. The taste of the Blue Raspberry AFTERMATH is so good. I have never tasted a product that tasted as good as this. Also the mix ability gets a 5 out of 5 star rating. I mixed the AFTERMATH with 12 oz of cold water, shook it for a couple minutes and bam, downed it with no problem and there was no stuff in the bottom of my shaker when I was done. Lastly I would like to mention I love the packets it comes in. I don't have to worry about carrying a tub with me from place to place. I just grab a packet, throw in my car first thing in the morning and when I need it it's there. Don't even have to worry about measuring it out, it's all set to go. No one can really ask for anything easier when it comes to a post-workout drink.

Alright almost done with job one, job two will be starting shortly. Then it will be off to the gym for chest/back/abs. By the time I get done hitting up the gym I know I will need the AfterMath. It's almost 90 degrees in Syracuse, N.Y. and the time I get done mowing I know my body is going to need a post-workout drink to replenish every thing I have used through out the course of my day.
Tomorrow I will be posting my workout, food intake for today, and any special thoughts or feelings I had with my second serving of AfterMath.S.N.I. Global Representative

9:30am bowl of raisin bran
1pm chicken breast+salad
5pm chicken breast+salad/hard boiled eggs
8:30pm gym
9:45pm AfterMath
10pm protein shake+cottage cheese
Special Notes
Now that I am in the mowing season my work days seem to last for ever. After I hit up the gym, had my AfterMath and then my final small meal before bed I was beat. I was amazed when I woke up this morning and I really didn't feel to tired or sore from the previous day.
Once again the AfterMath tasted really good after my workout. I actually couldn't wait to get home and slug one down. I will no longer comment on the taste or mix ability of the AfterMath because of obvious reasons. I will comment if I come up with any ideas on mixing it with something other then water. I will be posting what I did in the gym in due time.S.N.I. Global Representative

Special Notes
Although I was pretty happy with my workout after such a long day of work, I think I may need to look into a pre-workout drink to give me that extra push. I think with a pre-workout drink my numbers would have been a little better. I know on the weekends when I workout in the morning I have a ton more energy and my numbers are better.
If anyone thinks I should include any certain style of lifts to my workout let me know. Also if anyone has any suggestions on what I should do pre-workout in order to have more energy for the gym please advise me. Thanks for your help.S.N.I. Global Representative
