I'm a 30 year old ectomorphic guy who, after bulking for a while, is now trying to lose the excess fat. I still do my weight training three days a week and now do cardio most of the other, non-weight days as well. I had thought about adding some extra cardio sessions, which I would do on weight training days, but in the evening (I lift weights first thing in the morning). Is this a good idea to help take the fat off more quickly, or is this just overworking myself?

Thanks for the tip.
Maybe this is impossible to answer, but is there any rate I should be gauging myself against when losing the fat? Say, one pound every few days?"When the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem begins to resemble a nail."
