Damn brah. Unfortunately, I've abused the Hell out of alcohol pretty extensively, but not to that extent. It's hard as fuk to quit entirely though, but it's definitely for the best if you can manage it.

Should have been taking Super-B vitamins while drinking (hell, I've taken them for 15 years now) but its too late now. so meh, can't hurt to start taking them this afternoon.





To stop further damage start eating healthy, cut back the drinking (maybe even quit), TAKE A MULTI, and especially a suber-B if drinking, since you're gunna be very low on thiamine or whichever it is that causes this.



The damage is permanent on nerves, but your liver CAN heal itself if you stop for 3+ months, it should go back to healthy (if it isn't damaged beyond repair).




Use this as a warning sign to CUT BACK or STOP drinking NOW. This is a severe sign of worse things to come. Your nerves will never heal, they are damaged and stuck at this level now. Any more hard drinking will damage them even further until you cannot walk.

100% SRS. No meme N0rds time, buddy I want you to seriously start cutting back the booze (don't go cold turkey or you will die if not under hospital care).
