Flavor Preference: SOUR APPLE!
Age: 19
Sex: Male
Height: 5’6
Weight: 143
Bodytype: Ectomorph
Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !: I have been working out seriously for a little over a year after I graduated High School and stopped wrestling. I started out doing Starting Strength and have progressed to Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1. I weighed 119 pounds when I started lifting but gained about 24 pounds over the course of several months. As a novice, my lifts were moderately low and embarrassing; partially squatting 135 pounds and barely being able to bench my own bodyweight was nothing to brag about. However, I educated myself on proper form and utilized websites like Bodybuilding.com and various books like Starting Strength to propel my lifts to “braggable” numbers (at least among the untrained); this in turn packed on some muscle and I grew. I wanted to be perfect so I would scour online resources to check if my squat/deadlift/power clean/military press/bench form was correct, or perhaps there could be a minor adjustment to make the lift easier. I am always looking for ways to improve my lifts and believe that SuperMax Pump could be that variable.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): My training protocol is based off of Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1 program. It is split up into four day. Here is a breakdown of my work out:
Week 1
Monday: Military Press 1x5 @ 65%, 1x5 @ 75%, 1xFailure @ 85% (Week 2, increase ALL percentages by 5%, and for Week 3 I would increase all percentages by 5% again to a 1xFailure @ 95%; week 4 is deload and the cycle/process starts over again)
Dumbbell Press 3x10
Chin Ups (BW) 3x10
Dips (BW) 3x10
Tuesday: Deadlift 1x5 @ 65%, 1x5 @ 75%, 1xFailure @ 85% (following 5% increase each week like above)
Good Mornings 3x10
Leg Press 3x10
Hyper Extension 3x10
Thursday: Bench 1x5 @ 65%, 1x5 @ 75%, 1xFailure @ 85% (same as before)
Dumbbell Press 3x10
Chin Ups 3x10
Tricep Extension 3x10
Bicep Curls 3x8
Friday: Squat 1x5 @ 65%, 1x5 @ 75%, 1xFailure @ 85%
Leg Press 3x10
SL Dead lift 3x10
Calf Raises 3x10
I have tested my 1RM at 142/143 pounds.
Squat: 315 lbs
Deadlift: 375 lbs
Bench: Bench 225lbs
Press: 140 lbs
Like I stated above, this program is like a cycle. Each cycle has 4 weeks. Week one you go up to 85% max compound and week 2 you go 90%, then 95% for week 3. Week 4 is a deload (also good week to not take any stim products). And you repeat it. Each CYCLE you add 5 lbs MAX to upper body and 10 lbs MAX to lower body. The last set of each compound lift you try to do as many reps as possible. Using the equation (Weight lifted x Reps x .0333) + Weights lifted, you get a estimated 1RM. I find this estimate pretty accurate and in the ball park by 5lbs, give or take. Example, I deadlifted 255x15 last week so using the equation: (255x15x.0333)+255 = 382.3725. This number is higher than my 375 true 1RM but it is pretty close. This method of breaking personal records motivates me to lift harder each and every week. I believe Superpump Max will aid me in this goal.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): I usually do cardio on Wednesday. I admit that I don’t do it every week. Wednesday is rest day and if I do cardio, it is HIIT intervals with sprints.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name): Real Gains Protein (Universal Nutrition)
Atomic 7 BCAA (Universal Nutrition)
Assault Pre Workout (Muscle Pharm)
Creatine Monohydrate (Universal Nutriton)
Fish Oil Oximega (Controlled Labs)
Animal Pak Multi Vitamin (Universal Nutriton)
How long have you been off stimulants?
I have been off of stimulants for a month (cycling). I do not drink coffee or energy drinks.
What is your stimulant (pre workout product) history? I have used Assault, Noxipro, Jack3d. I have tried 1.M.R and N.O Xplode samples
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): My current diet is focus on bulking. I eat a lot of complex carbohydrates, fats, proteins, fruits, and vegetables. Here is what a typical day is like for me (school day):
7:15AM 3-4 Eggs, Bowl of Steele Cut oatmeal, glass of milk, multi vitamins and fish oil
9:15 Bag of almonds, 1 or 2 bananas
12:00 Usually go for a sandwich (tuna, chicken breast etc), Milk, Protein bar
3:00 Post Work out shake with whole milk, banana
6:00 Brown rice, chicken breast, broccoli, vegetable soup, glass of milk
8:00 Peanut Butter Jelly sandwich with Milk
Current Daily water intake: I carry a 2.2 liter jug with me to school that is refilled at least once. I get about 4.4 liters so over a gallon.
Short Term Goal: Find an awesome pre work out supplement. Increase all my lifts steadily by 5 to 10 lbs a month.
Long Term Goal: Continue to use the awesome pre work out supplement (: Weigh around 165/170 pounds (5’6) with 8% minimum BF. Would like to surpass 405 on lower body lifts (500+ on deadlift), 315 bench press, 225 military press. These aren’t going to be easy goals at my weight.
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: None
Supplement history (as much detail as possible): I use protein shakes post workout because it is easy, efficient, and being at school all day sucks. I use multi vitamin and fish oil. I also supplement creatine monohydrate. I have been searching for a good pre work out supplement but have not been completely satisfied. Jack3d was great but I would build a resistance fast (I cycle 2 months on, 1 month off; I don’t use pre work out on my deload week either so that's 6 weeks total on and 4 week off). Monster Assault was good but it made my stomach uneasy during my workouts. Noxipro is the best pre workout that I have used so far (it is not that big of a brand but has favorable reviews). Hopefully Supermax Pump can be the best one!

Flavor Preference: SOUR APPLE!! (So excited for this flavor!!)
Age: 31
Sex: male
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 195
Bodytype: According to BB.com: Your body is between an EndoMorph and a Mesomorph.
Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !): I train 3-4 days per week, a couple times alone and a couple times with my brother. It's great to have a spotter and someone to push you...brothers are great at that I've gotten him on some supplements...preworkouts mostly. If chosen to do this Log, I'd probably give him a scoop or two of Max to hear his thoughts on it compared to WF and Animal RAGE.
I've been working out since 2006 when I lost 60 pounds. It was great to lose weight, but I did basically the same thing for several years and never saw much strength progress. In late 2010 I discovered BB.com and the forums. Learned new workout routines, watched helpful videos on the major lifts, and learned about nutrition and supplementation. I've seen gains in the last 8-10 months that I hadn't seen in the previous 4 years. It's been a fun ride.
I enjoy keeping Logs on the forum. I get encouragement and tips from others and it's nice to see the progress and PRs. I also have an iPhone and enjoy taking videos of my lifts and posting them.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Chest/Tri Day, Back/Bi day, with Legs and shoulders thrown in. My brother is a former gymnast, so he often puts me through crazy body-weight routines that leave me just dripping with sweat.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): My wife is always pushing me to run 5Ks. Generally, I just jog 1/2 - 1 mile to warm up and then lift for 60-75 minutes. I also play basketball and tennis as much as possible.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name): XF protein, Orange Triad, Oximega, CL White Flood, CL Purple PsyKO, Universal Atomic 7, BioForge V3. Those are my staples. I've been cycling off creatine recently...but I have a bottle of Neovar at home as well as Ultima for when I go back on.
How long have you been off stimulants? Haven't cycled off for awhile actually. I still get a lot out of just one scoop of WF v2 though.
What is your stimulant (pre workout product) history? Like most, I started with Jack3d and have tried just about everything since. I'm a big fan of White Flood. I also enjoyed Animal RAGE when I needed a bigger kick in the butt. I've tried Lit-up, Muscle Marinade, 1MR, Pump-Bol, Ultima-Bol and Vengeance. However, I always go back to WF. The pumps in the updated version are insane. I'd love to see how SPMax compares.
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): I'm on a little cut currently...doing my best to keep it right at 2000 calories per day. Down about 4 pounds already. I don't really keep track of fat or carbs...just try my best to get protein >150. I've always enjoyed cooking, but this summer I finally got a grill. HELLOOOO, chicken breasts. And I'm an omelet eating machine. Bonus: my wife loves when I cook for her, so I can prepare high protein meals and she loves it because I did the cooking
Current Daily water intake: 1 gallon or so. Sip it throughout the day at work
Short Term Goal: cut to 190
Long Term Goal: Maintain 190 for awhile, maybe slowly bulk back up to 200. I'd love to get stronger, but not necessarily bulky. Lean and strong...I don't want to look like a powerlifter.
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: None.
Supplement history (as much detail as possible): Protein powder, creatine, multi, fish oil, various pre-WOs. Taking my first test booster (BF v3) now. Never done any PHs or anything like that.

I've been training since I turned 16 pretty religiously. My Dad got me into it by taking me to the gym and I've loved it ever since. I love a tough back/leg workout as much as I do training chest/arms. I play hockey so I like to incorporate cardio to help my endurance out. My major in college is Exercise Science (Pre-Professional) so I'm definitely going to be in the health and wellness field for a long time to come and I look forward to it.
