This is the first time I'm posting here since 2014! I train from around 4-6pm 4 evenings a week. On evenings I train, after training I feel so pumped and almost 'high' from all the endorphins it's almost like having multiple coffees. It feels great but the issue is when I try to eventually sleep 4 hours later I just lay there wide awake and then have really broken sleep. The next day I'm groggy, tired, irritable, have a headache and the colour seems to have gone from my skin. So clearly sleep deprived and have had poor quality sleep when I have actually managed to sleep. I sleep at 10pm as I wake up at 5am for work - so there's a good 4 hours between finishing training and sleeping. Does anyone else have this issue and are there any supplements or other ideas that work for getting you a quality night's sleep after training? Thanks.
Explains how simple it is to be saved and end up in Heaven instead of hellfire.
God's Amazing Grace \o/
Hello everyone. Did you know our past, present, and future sins(wrongdoing) are already paid for? God loves us even though we have a sinful nature and wants us to go to Heaven and not be hellbound. We all sometimes think bad thoughts and say and do wrong things because of our sinful nature. God sent his sinless Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, into the world to save our souls. Jesus paid for our wrongdoing with his blood, dying on a cross_†, and in three days Jesus rose from the dead so that we could be forgiven and so that our souls could go to Heaven after our life ends. The Lord Jesus Christ is very kind-hearted. God describes Heaven as a very beautiful and joyful place with no sickness, no pain, no suffering, and no death forever for all those who believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God and what he did for them. If anyone of you who will believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God and what he did for you, SAY, Praise the Lord Jesus. Praise the Lord Jesus❣️ You may 'print screen' this post and share it with your family and friends.
Jesus Christ redeems believers. We have redemption through his blood and the forgiveness of all past sins and even future sins when we mess up. Holy Bible ( Ephesians 1:7 ) ( 1 John 2:1 )

Explore relaxation techniques like deep breathing or meditation to help you unwind. Consider melatonin supplements, but consult a healthcare professional first. Focus on creating a consistent bedtime routine and optimizing your sleep environment. You might find resources or products from the Canadian Pharmacy Partnership helpful in addressing your sleep issues.
