Training History: 5 Years, Many different principals used:
Max-OT, HST, Training body parts 2x a week.
Goals: 1. Always Improve Myself
2. Long Term 200lbs @ 6% body fat
Cardio Schedule: I will do AM cardio 4 – 5 times a week. I take 1.5 serving whey pre-cardio and during cardio. I cycle stimulants prior to cardio. Cardio length is 35 minutes + a 5 min cool down. The fifth day is optional on Sunday. But my four mandatory days are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. I wear a heart monitor and try to keep my heart rate in the zone but sometimes I exceed my target zone.
Training Schedule: I will be training four times a week, hitting each body part one time. My split look like this:
Monday: AM Cardio + P.M. Back\Traps\Abs
Tuesday: AM Cardio + P.M. Delts\Tri’s
Wednesday: AM Cardio Only
Thursday: AM Cardio + Chest\Bi’s\Abs
Friday: AM Cardio + P.M. Legs
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: AM Cardio (Optional)
Lifting normally last 90 minutes. My principals are volume. I lift as heavy as I can but I do a lot of exorcizes and reps. I like this set up a lot better then anything other principal. My Core lifts are the standard Bench, Squat and Deadlifts.
Diet: To Be Updated. Currently I am eating 1908 Calories. I am eating 216g of protein, 117g of carbs and 62g of fat. This will be updated with exact diet soon.

How I Will Update: I will update daily. I am in college so my time is tight with training, class studying and all of that fun plus the fact I am cooking all of my foods. But I will update it in how workouts and cardio went. I will weigh in every Sunday with new weight\body fat and lean body mass.

Cardio Update: 1\30\2005
Good cardio this mourning. I still have some doms from my leg workout so i didnt sprint. But i am thinking that since i will be trying to gain as much clean muscle that i should worry about my heart rate. when i stay into my target range the % of muscle burned is 30% less then when i sprint. So i belive i am burning more fat then muscle. I will be posting this for everyone to follow!

Workout Update 1\30\2006
Not the best workout today. For the deads i couldn't keep the reps i did from last week. I am thinking that its my doms in my legs. I will adjust my leg workout so this doesnt happen again. I was able increase my 1-arm row. Also my pull ups felt very stong. Considering its my weakest lift i was very happy to feel improvemnt.
Deadlift: 1x2 @ 405lbs, 2x1 @ 405lbs -Doms effected this lift. Next week i will drop the weight but up the reps hopefully 8-10.
1-Arm Row: 2x12 @ 85lbs, 1x10 @ 90lbs
Lat Pull Down: 3x8 @ 144lbs
Cable Row (V-Bar): 3x12 @ 168lbs (Will increase next week)
Assisted Pull Ups: 1x18 @ -60lbs, 2x8 @ -50lbs
Shrugs: 3x12 @ 295lbs
Reverse Shrugs: 3x12 @ 275lbs
DB Shrugs: 3x12 @ 100lbs

Cardio Update: 1\31\2005
Good cardio this mourning. All of the elpitcals were taken so i went to the steps. The only thing that upset me is that i would have prefered the elptical just to insure my legs full recovery. I think they are but i want to be sure. I normally use level 13 on the steps but today i used level 11 because i wanted to be sure the percent of fat burned wasn't 25-30% but 50-60%.

sure nope... but i follow the same reading on my ormon body fat analyzer. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/om/body.html It's used to see gaining and loosing bf. I have used calipers i get readings every where. I also tend to hold my fat in chest and stomach area but my legs are pretty lean copaired to every where else IMHO.

Good workout today. I worked my tri's before my delts in order to shock my delts. I feel like they havent been improving at the rate of my other body parts. My DB press has been in a funk and thats my favorate delt exersize and its been holding stready.

Cardio Update: 2\1\2005
Pretty good cardio today. I kept the hr pretty low to see how the percent of fat burned is effective. I found when i did slow cardio the percent was only 40% but today felt like a slow jog and it was at 55%. So i think i will stick with this pace to keep muscle glycogen up and try my hardest not to feel or get depleated. Sorry for the delay who knew college required some work This cardio was preformed 1st thing in the mourning.
This was my last day on NeroStim+C i will be using NueroStim on the days where i was using NueroStim+C.

Cardio Update: 2\2\2005
Solid cardio today. I am really trying not to depleate myself during cardio. I felt like before when i was sprinting that i was very depleated after and i felts my weights went down. I like keeping the weights up because the greater LBM the more calories burned at rest and more calories burned at rest = more calories I can eat.

Workout Update 2\2\2006
Great workout today. The only real weight increase was on straight bar curl but both my chest and bi's feel great! They are pretty tierd. I am currently working on my diet and workout. I will prop start out at 2300-2500cals. Hopefully i will get up to 3000-3500 cals by the end of it.

Workout Update 2\3\2006
What i workout. I hit a pleateu on my legs which i felt is from overtraining them a bit. So i did the three "Core" leg exersizes IMHO. I finished up with 2 finishers. On SLDL I got over my fear of lower reps. I got all the way up to 275lbs. I felt it more in my legs at the greater weight then at the lighter weight! My legs feel very good right now. Last week they felt over worked and my recovery showed being sore until tuesday. I hope this workout has better results.

Good cardio today. I got my percent of fat up to 60% which i am very happy about. I hope to figure out this week how to get it up to 70% The calories were down but durking a bulk im more worried about putting on solid muscle then mainitaing or loosing.
