    I think you can melt it on as the broccoli finishes steaming, since a lot of restaurants melt cheese onto sandwiches that way.
    AlwaysTryin, have you tried roasted broccoli? So good, and you can use different cheeses for it (i.e. parmesan, etc.)

    Thumbs up The All American Sushi Roll

    Per Roll-

    2 oz deli sliced smoked turkey
    2 oz deli sliced honey ham
    -each laid over the top of the roll-


    1 prepared cup sushi rice
    1 nori sheet (seaweed wrap)
    1 oz albacore tuna (drained well then broken apart with fork)
    1 tbsp fat free cream cheese at room temp
    1 tsp sirracha hot sauce
    thin sliced carrot and cucumber (optional)
    2 tbsp hormel real bacon bits


    This assumes you have a sushi rolling mat and know how to make a basic roll of course.



    This thing was so good! My first shot at sushi done American style......ham and bacon!
