Good point about football season I'm sure part of it is some superbowl bloat i can also cut out sunflower seeds at practice which is like 1-2 k sodium a day if need be

I have shrugged 545 and 500 probably 25 different occasions,and deadlifted 405-500 on countless occasions at about 5 different gyms. Never 1 grip issue. I struggle to hold on to 435+ at those 2 golds gyms on those bars.

Did you even get a chance to fight with your pulls or did grip give out to soon? Also the bars at CC didnt seem to be quite as bad as the university one. Dont ever pull there.

Yeah some I've gotten pretty close and was scared to drop it and get yelled at again. The 455 didnt get far i was taxed

I told you we could do it on a weekend. Weekdays I have no choice but weekends it's just preference to get it in and start my day plus my wife usually sleeps in.

I'm typically on the road on the weekends, so I don't even lift anything on sat and sun. Besides there has been no consistency to my lifting lately.
