Had big problems with anxiety/panic attacks in the past. No friends, no job ect.

Went for a shelf stacking job in a big supermarket. Got it with 7 or 8 other people, all start on the same day. Went into an office with a manager, am nervous but ok. Then he said we should introduce ourselves to the group and tell a bit about ourselves. I went into full panic attack mode in 00000.1 of a second, heart beating out of chest, shaking, feeling of dread as I know I couldn't do it.

2 people do it, I know I'll freeze, shake and not be able to speak, I get up and make a dash for the door, sprint down the stairs out of the building.
