I've heard it works really well. Getting a 3 month supply....will let ya know. Maybe I should do before/after pics hmmm...

Do you have to keep using it?
My waxer told me I could try it on my eyebrows (there's a spot slow to grow) but I'd have to keep using it...

Aristo--I love it! I would totally get one there. Until you said it hurts rilly bad.

edit- And thank you pharty! It does hurt but it is temporary like anything. I don't like piercings because I feel like they cause *ongoing* discomfort where as tats are like "owww" for a week max and then nothing.

I cut mine when I was 15 because an arsehole older family member told me they'd grow back longer.... UUUUUUUUUGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

They took like 6 months to grow back and they felt like stubble because the ends were so blunt!

Yes first session. I get 'mates rates' because a close friend has a salon so it was too tempting. I'll let you know how I go. The eyelash procedure sounds interesting. I've never heard of it!

Been kicking myself all day for the sh!t metabolic workout I had this morning. Just couldn't push through.

It dawned on me, literally about 10 minutes ago... yesterday I worked 14 hours, slept 6, and was right back at work 10 hours after leaving. No wonder my workout was lacking.

Duh. :/

Well . . . that'll definitely do it.

I don't average more than 6 hours a night of sleep during the week, so I think I am just used to it. Usually in bed by 11 or so and up at 4:40am to head to the gym. I "sleep in" on the weekends a bit to around 5:30 or 6.

Anything less, and I can't get things done sufficiently the next day.

It's kind of a forced thing for me. Training before work just works out so much better for me . . . gets it out of the way and nothing "just comes up" (especially work) to where I can't get it and it doesn't cut into family time later. But I actually feel just as tired---if not more tired---at the end of the day if I sleep in that extra 90 minutes in the morning anyway, so I just do it. Get a little extra sleep on the weekends, but I just seem to function ok that way in general.

And as far as bedtime goes, for work I support some teams worldwide so I usually have some quick things to check/handle before bed with Asia (sometimes a conference call or something more involved). And I have a hard time going to bed before 10pm, so it just kind of is what it is for me.

That's because a hbb such as yourself needs to rest longer.

or because you have so much going on each day your brain needs a lot longer to wind down.. i'm like that I need minimum 8 hrs of sleep a night
