oh we were not like those "shouldnt be alive" idiots. omg hard to believe people are that dumb. at the end of each day we had several gallons of water left so we gave a few baby catus and shrub trees a watering before driving off.
thanks for the towel sista swooshie could i gets a water bottle refill too PLZ
lol yeah "dirty hot fun" definitely sounds like a swooshie thing
jewelry stores round here were not gonna pay us to take treasure away so guessen we gotta go find the buried unrefined kind.
hell ya getting it done ... doing a bit of equipment hogging and chit lol
you are right i should have spot for ARAMP (officer safety ham has told me so too )
those sets I always leave one in the tank so i never get to practice grinding out that last rep
posting yesterdays bench session then off to watch hitherland on Netflix ... i'd recommend it and happy valley to the unaware.

9/24/14 Sad session.
DL form off a tad, over the bar / not sitting back, so chit was heavier than shoulda been. Continuing with lame excuse ... Perhaps not fully recovered from volume of squat sat & bp tues ... Anyways taking break from here to stare at walls I__I may post log but not much else.

thanks guys ... All three lifts are going well these days. Hope I peak on time and not too early.
No squats next weekend so Ummm sorta bumped intensity and dropped volume today So today is 34 days / 5 weeks out ... figure plenty of time to recover from doing a single near my previous squatting with wraps 2nd attempt range ahhh a few weeks before I shoulda.
chant with me ... "no early peak" x 100

10-5-14 Squat Vid Saturday
Tested out new SBD knee sleeves. No rebound like wraps but did keep knees warm and boost confidence for singles. Upped no wraps PR from 265 to 285 ... So my ditching the volume scheduled in favor of intensity for Misc Squat comp entry not total waste.
Squat
5@155,175,200x2
1@235 belt on, 255, 275
1@285 no wraps PR
I have some form fixes to work on.Ugh namely the rearward shift, But for snapshot I'd have thought not nearly paralllel but still remains to be seen if I made it in anothers eyes.
3@250x3
5@225
8@185
5@135 paused these then was done done done.
Then for cardio obi-wan and I went for 2hr hike on a local mountain/park preserve. It was interesting and we broke in our new light wt desert boots ... Both agree best boots we have ever owned.Last edited by beatha; 10-04-2014 at 08:15 PM. Reason: typo .. . . i cant count

what boots? i have some lightweight merrils that i like. they are short, cut like sneakers with lots of mesh. great for desert hiking. but they slide a bit so they suck when travelling down the mountain.
totally broke parallel there.
i've been checking in, but i've been in the weeds and really, you seem like you are moving along swimmingly. i will definitely do some chanting for not peaking too early! lol. i cant wait, though. you are so gonna break 400 for deads and 200 for bench. not even worried.
i bought some of those blue sleeves. i tried them on and just did some bw squats in the house and they feel nice and like a warm hug for the knees. haha. i am gonna test them on monday.

We went to a military surplus store cause who better to point out quality desert boots that work well given where US has been at war for the longest time ... the Afghanistan veteran who was our sales guy directed us to these over the dozen other boots in stock. These are lighter than my Vans skate shoes and maybe couple ounces more than running shoes.
www.reebokwork.com/266/Reebok-Dauntless-RB8820
Give knee sleeves a try. They worked out great as I am not sore in the slightest so we are going hiking again today. A slightly steeper trail.Last edited by beatha; 10-05-2014 at 11:03 AM.

10/8/14 Wed DL funtime
I warmed up although it's not posted and then got to work.
The only bar at the time I started was one of the fatter ones so my grip took a beating.
Skinny bar so makes top sets for reps much easier but ehhhh "it is what it is".

3 @ 245, 275, 295
2 @ 315, 335

after this next comp will plan better with alternating heavy deads and squats as I think that plays into the wed where deads just fail to jump off the floor
. . . irons got fracking nerve
