Interesting. Wasn't sure where you were going with the outhouses, but it came together
Funny, I've been drinking more vitamin C lately (powder bought at Trader Joe's) with Mio drops to cure my sweet/sour tooth. Not sure how good that quality is....
And I have these trace minerals from when I would make water kefir at home, but nothing on it says chelated https://www.vitacost.com/trace-miner...race-8-fl-oz-4 Could probably add them in to my water since I already have them.
Most of my supplements I win on promos here, PWO, BCAA's, even vitamins, won some fish oil from Champion nutrition and a multi from True Grit. Pretty much have only spent my hard earned cash on protein. Might have to look into some glutamine tho.Team Ogre Mascot

$39 for both which is roughly 25% off retail. I can throw it in a box with your caps as they are finally ready.

What about glucosamine for joint health? I took this a few years ago and felt like it really helped with hip pain.
I always rationalize taking less then recommended (by standard male athletes) because of my body size. Curious if others do the same?
I stick to the basics, (for me: creatine, aminos/protein powder, fish oil, caffeine) because it's easiest to commit to long term. I loovee the flavored packets of emergen-C : does that count for vit. c intake?

I do on creatine, but I found a formula somewhere for creatine dosage based on weight. That being said, I used to measure it by weight, and now I eyeball with the measuring spoon.
