Took yesterday off.
Right now I have 30:00 min done on the bike. Gonna do 20:00 more.
Bowling in a couple hours.
Shoulders/Traps tomorrow!
Legs Thursday.
Low carb diet started yesterday. Diet going well so far for two days.
Plan to be 149-150 by gym time with Chris and Tom next Saturday.Every day counts.

Just got done doing 50 min of cardio.
Cool welcome!!! You will notice that it's not always pink little bunnies and rainbows in here. As with diet and training... the mental aspect of this is just as important. Can't hide the downs all the time. As much as I know that missing a week isn't going to kill me... Mentally it really plays tricks on me. That's where this journal helps me the most. A simple post like "You got this. Go bring the pain." from cmoore really kicks me in the ass and puts my thinking back on track. Other than that I really do live to lift weights and try to become a bigger better me!!!

As long as I get a few "heavier" sets in before my bigger rep sets.... I'm happy. I feel that it helps me keep my strength up durin my "cutting" phase.
