I get fat, sometimes, and then I go on a summer shred.
Haven't decided what to make yet, just baking as I go. But will make the nutty chocolate bricks, Berlinerkranser, Brune Pinner, Serina Kaker (google em if you cant wait for my pics ) for sure. Going to make at least 7 sorts since that's the tradition in Norway, probably going to make more tho.
So far made the Brune Pinner and got the Berlinerkranser dough in the fridge for tomorrow.My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

BK posts and nobody says anything, not even a swooning cap6. Disappointed.com.

I am the self-appointed ***hole, buddy. Your job is to cut firewood in your bib overalls and whistle Dixie.
Used to run into black bear fairly often while mountain biking, they'd bolt off quite fast once they were aware of me. Every time I saw one, the first thing I'd think was "what's a huge, fat, jiggly dog doing way out here?" then I'd realize it was a bear. If I saw a brown bear I might have reconsidered my trip plans, though.
Once I saw a sow black bear with two cubs while driving on a fire road. I stopped quite a distance away as they slowly crossed the road (mom didn't appear too worried), and asked passenger to briefly step out of the cab so that I could slide his seat forward and pull out my pack, wedged behind his seat, which had a camera. He looked at me like I was crazy, the pansy.Last edited by csb5731; 12-09-2014 at 09:17 AM.

Scariest encounters with creatures for me include accidentally sitting on a tarantula while playing with my dog in the backyard, and randomly digging in the same backyard unwittingly revealing a nest of coral snakes. There was also that time a scorpion came up the drain of the sink while I was brushing my teeth .
The worst of all has to be when I was about 5, lying in my bed late at night freaking myself out at the thought of a spider in my bed. I forced myself to get up and turn on the light so I could see that I was being ridiculous (this was a trick my parents used to do to show that I was needlessly scaring myself), pulled back the covers only to see a massive spider chilling in the middle of where I had just been lying. I screamed immediately. Thing was so big that my dad had to take off his brown army shirt to throw on top of it and scoop it up. No clue what he did with it after that, but I needless to say, I had many successive nights of going back and forth from the bed to the light to see if I was sleeping with a spider (and I was on 2 occasions afterwards).
All of these incidents were in tropical environments so the fear was real. My sister was hospitalized for a week over a spider bite and had some weird cast with tubes going into her arm afterwards.
Slitherly, crawling things scare me much more than animals because they're so sneaky!

Well that's no fun.
O_o
I don't think I'm afraid of spiders or rats or anything. Worms though terrify me. People laugh at me when I give them a 6ft radius walk-around on when it rains.
Oh and darkness and shadows scare me. And the obvious drugged-out violent man or two..Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;

lol! What is it about them that freaks you out the most?
When we first moved here, my daughter would go nuts over the gigantic slugs that turn up on the sidewalks after it rains. For weeks, walking to / from school after it rained was a traumatic experience coupled with a walking therapy session (and this place is infamous for how often it rains) -.-

Can't complain. Work's been busy so i've Not posted much. Just trying to calm my boss down. He thinks we're swamped, when honestly all i need is one day uninterrupted and i can get 80% of he work done. Which is today.
And I know the feelz of Znik. I put on eight really fast though. Mostly water, but it still freaks me out. Was 218 last monday morning. but i'm pretty sure by next week i'll be about 210 if not less.

So 4.5 years of not using a lock at the gym and someone stole my pants, the only expensive pair i have too that fit perfectly.
There was a lock on the locker that i was using and i went and got the bolt cutters and this old man who was using it was like WAIT WAIT WAIT. It wasnt him who moved them or took them as he was a bigger guy but said there was a pair on the floor. Checked every locker and they were gone....seriously?There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

I should try making pumpkin something sometime, not something that's used in cooking or baking over here and I have actually never tasted pumpkin.
I put on a crazy amount of water weight when I go bulking, I think it's something to do with the loose skin retaining water or something. Put on a tiny thin layer of fat on the skin and the rest just gets filled with fluid making me look fat as fuark while I only actually put on a tiny bit of fat. Really messes with your brain initially.
Pants stolen... dont think I've ever heard of that.
Lets start a Serpentis Pants and clothes fund, along with the chair and table fund raiser.My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

I have a theory on the missing pants.
If Serp stopped flaunting his legs so much, it would have never happened. Remember that infomercials work because people think that using the vibrating dumbbells will help them look like the chick holding them "in just two weeks."
So Serp wears scandalous pants. Someone thinks if he wears them he'd get nice legs too. Steals pants while Serp is watching someone do bicep curls in the only squat rack at the gym.
In the end, it's Serp's fault. Voila. Mystery solved.
MLJ .. worms. They're slimey and look like they might feel comfortable under your skin. My brothers used to chase us sisters with em as kids. And caterpillars... *shivers.*
If there's a spider in my house, I will respectfully transport it in a fluffy white tissue and release it outside. Worms, I'd not miss if they were annihilated in a worm zombie apocalypse.Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;
Thus unlamented let me die;
Steal from the world, and not a stone
Tell where I lie.

Late night soccer games suck. Going in to work later and definitely not going to the gym. I feel like i've been hit by a truck. took quite a beating today on the field. played 3.5 games. and i can feel everyone on though my legs and core. jammed my fingers on the boards, kick on both sides of my right knee, and was not only cleated in the foot, but his cleat caught my laces when i took off and attempted to pull my leg out the socket.
Did legs this morning.
Yup.
