LOL
I love PB no matter what kind. I do the natural kind, but too impatient to do the stir it up stuff. I usually stir a bit and start eating. The result is that it is very oily on top and hard as a rock on bottom. So I stick w/ the prestirred type.
When I get serious about losing (correct???) I start w/ less PB.
45 min fasted LI treadmill this morning. 30 min @ 4.5 mph the rest ramping up to that speed and cooling back down.Last edited by storm1507; 05-31-2011 at 09:55 AM.

Have to agree, natty PB FTW
I buy an organic kind at Meijers when they have it on sale. Lots of oil on top but if you take the time to stir it up it does good. I buy their Almond Butter too, even with stirring it still seems to end up with the bottom 1/4 being rock hardUnCut ~ My Pre-workout of choice!!

3 scoops pineapple Con-Cret
1 scoop pineapple Beta-Cret
CHEST & LOWER ABS
INCLINE BARBELL BENCH
5 x 120# x 10....about 2 min rests between sets
Just to give my ego a good kick in the nads.......here you go. THE BASEMENT
Reminder of note to self*** The wts are the devil. Pay attention to the mirror....it is your friend right now. Believe what it is telling you.
FLAT BB BENCH
5 x 120# x 10
Well, I was getting cocky by the last set, shortening the rests, and actually got 9.67 on the last set
Luckily, I had a good spotter.
DECLINE BB BENCH
3 x 105# x 8 I wanted to keep the shorter rests more than the wt
SUPER SET
HANGING LEG RAISES
3 x 11...These were done w/ very slow negative....and they are a killer
INCLINE DB FLYS
3 x 24# x 10
Whew, once I failed on that one rep, it got real tough. Exactly what I wanted. My current log

Thanks everyone. I guess I should be happy about Misty, I usually have to fight her anytime I get within "licking" distance.
40 min fasted LI treadmill this morning....30 min @ 4.3 mph the rest ramping up/cooling down.
Heading to work in a bit. I will be gone all day, but will get my back workout in either on the way home or once I get back here.
As much as I like a nice cold Pineapple Con-Cret drink, it sure is great to be able to throw the caps in the vehicle and take them while on the return drive home.
I hope everyone has a great day.My current log

Her personality is starting to change. She only "aggravates" me for about the first 10 min then that cool "Con-Cret" floor becomes very appealing.
Beach in 2 weeks. We'll see how that works.
Thanks. I've been benching very light lately and those slow negatives seem to work as much as putting another 75# on the bar.
The last time I weighed her she was around 60#. All of my other Choclate labs were about 85# when they were around 2. I wanted a smaller lab and I got one.
Matz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Glad you are keeping up with me.
Shelia has Misty trained to stay in the other room while we are lifting together. Misty picks up real fast when Shelia is not with me and takes advantage of that fact.
Just bumping the new log I'm now doing w/ the pastor....come on by to see a new squat PR vid 270# x 3. I'm hoping I can continue to go up even toward the end of this cut. Thurs. should be a 1 rep PR and the following week going to shoot for the moon.My current log
