Dear log,
Gotta cool story to tell. So I tried a different gym today because I wanted to avoid my ex. Gotta 3 day pass from the manager and he was all cool about it thinking I was going to join his gym. Turns out their benches suck ass and are a bit on the wobbly side. Not very sturdy and the rack is horrible too so when I'm almost finished with my sets he comes over and starts talking to me and I'm telling him about how I don't like the benches and he agrees with me...then he asks, "so are you coming back tomorrow?" I said, "ehh probably not" Then he just says ok, turns around and I'm all like, "are you mad?" LOL he straight ignored me. Went back to my regular gym to try to finish benching but I was kind of lacking in that area today. Back is still sore so I wore my belt during overhead press and I have to say I'm a believer in doing this now! Felt so much more stable and this makes me just love my belt even more. Anyway...tldr know what I mean. Back is definitely feeling way better though

Gym employees are generally dicks like that. I got a free week at this place once, they called me a month later and they were like "We're just calling to re-check your credit card information for your membership down here..." He even said Gold's is better. I'll remain faithful to Gold's although I do feel like I need to change it up from time to time...unrealistic I know. I'm a night trainer since I prefer going when it's slower, better focus, the only thing is I see the same people there every single night. Dear log,
Tried to take it easy today in fear of snapping some sh!t up. MiscD, why you leg extension more than you hack squat? Maybe bc I'm derpina and don't know how to freakin' add! I thought for some reason i was adding the 45lb bar so in my mind I was doing more and forgot i was on the machine. Didn't realize until later lol. Afraid to do anything that will cause too much strain on my lower back so machines were my friend today. Yaaaaaaay.

I realized my volume isn't as high as I thought it was. Shrug, who cares. I don't care. No barbell rows today because...well....you should know already I tried cable rows again for the first time in about 7 months or so and I have to say that my biceps felt it more than anything else. amidoingitrite?

Still not feeling 100% but I think my session went pretty well despite the lack of squats and deadlifts. I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed in a week so I'll be taking that week off. Not gonna lie, I feel I may need to take the break sooner since I'm still so damn sore :/ Eff this

Lifted at a different Gold's Gym today since I'm visiting my lover (lulz) in another city. Not sure if I got stronger or if their equipment is slightly different making the weight lighter? Hmmm but it was all the same brand....my over cable extensions felt easier and so did the hammer strength chest press. I'm gonna go with the I'm just getting stronger theory even though I took last week off. Also, gym lighting makes me feel so swoll and stuff. Is it ok to 'mire yourself every now and then? Cutting time is right around the corner...whooo!
