I wanted to do more abs but I was so nauseous. Hahahaha! Will do them on Friday Going to go eat pork and egg and cheese stir fry for supper! Woot woot! What I wouldn’t do for a huge slab of fresh baked bread! Yum! lol! Ooohh, I can bake bread. Maybe I should bake some for the carb load! Must buy bread pan and parchment paper. Wait, I have parchment paper! Must go buy bread pan and yeast.

just delurking to say thanks for visiting me and HI and your workouts are always killer. i love peeking in here to see what you're up to.
before i started posting here at bb.com, i ran across a video of you deadlifting in the women's training forum, i think it was. i can't even remember how much it was but it was over 200 lbs and i was so floored that someone so tiny could lift that heavy. it was part of the reason i said fuk it! i can do this!
it was you and another poster... cant remember her username. but she had long blonde braids and deadlifted over 250 pounds.
anyways, keep being the most adorable badass around
that workout really only took one hour? fuuuuuuuck. i need to step up my game.

UD2 Mass Week 2 Day 3!
Thursday! Low carb/cals, cardio (sprints) at lunch.
Calories Eaten Yesterday: 1566/93g carbs
Weight This Morning: 125.4lbs
Sleep: 5:28 (73% efficiency)
We're playing a game this week called "Ignore that scale." It's almost TOM! Ahhhh. I'm hungry! And my legs are toast. And I need to stretch today.
I stretch all the time at my desk- it's quite funny. I'll just be sitting here with my arm stretched out on this weird angle holding some piece of cupboard or desk, and I'll hold it for minutes. People walk by and they look at me like So I just look at them and give them a "yup!" kind of look and they're like ....ok..... lol! Funny too when I stretch my hammies. I'll just bend over and stay there for a while like that while at reception. Because I'm weird like that. Haha!

Stretch those legs!! I bet they are sore. Sorry about hungry. And yes, if it is yeast bread, shape it however you want , put it on a sheet pan let rise and bake. Quick bread no you need a pan..

I sprinted 3-4 times as hard as I could. Traveled waaaay to far, and it took me forever to walk back. lol! Was gone for 35 minutes.

It's stupid You remember that position I had an interview for? The one my supervisor told me to apply for? Well, they hired someone that isn't me,. She's taking over my position and my desk is being moved so she can have it. The woman I do the scanning with (more like she gives me boxes of files to scan after she goes through the documents) she wants me alllllll to herself, and now I have to go do stupid filing for the rest of my months here. Grrr. I don't want to file. I want a real job with real pay/benefits. But I can't find anything to apply for so I just have to wait it out until my contract is either over or until I can find something else.

Yeah, the woman who was doing it has bad shoulders, and she had her arm in a sling today. She had multiple surgeries on both and her job is killing her so she needs help. It could be worse, I suppose
