Remove valve stems / put small rock in the stem cover(to let the air out slowly)

Rotting something under the bed liner

Find bad bumper stickers (like "I love hairy men") and apply them.

Crawl under the car and cut a belt or two.

Come on this is easy, think of something and do it.

Park your own car there, try to make him park in your driveway then have his car towed.

I had the same issue, guy told me the same thing "you dont own the street" so I parked there so he couldnt, problem solved.... he then confronted me about it and how i was doing it to p!ss him off, I said "yes and you dont own the street"
