Morning Juggers!!
Had a GREAT workout last night! Worked Chest/Biceps/Abs
20 minutes prior to workout...1 1/2 scoops Juggernaut!!
Decline Barbell Bench Press
2 warm up sets of 10-12 reps, 1 working set of 6-8 reps to failure, 160lbs (1 min rest between sets)
Incline Dumbbell Press
1 warm up set of 10-12 reps, 1 working set of 6-8 reps to failure, 50lbs (1 min rest between sets)
Dumbbell Flyes
1 warm up set of 10-12 reps, 1 working set of 6-8 reps to failure, 50lbs (1 min rest between sets)
Concentration Curls
1 warm up set of 10-12 reps, 1 working set of 6-8 reps to failure, 45lbs (1 min rest between sets)
Hammer Curls
4 working sets of 6-8 reps to failure, 55lbs (1 min rest between sets)
Barbell Curl
4 working sets of 8-10 reps to failure, 70lbs (1 min rest between sets)
Superset:
Knee Raise On Roman Chair
3 working sets to failure 30,25,20
Crunches
3 working sets to failure 30,25,20
Superset:
Cable Crunch
3 sets to failure, 80lbs 15,12,10
Decline Reverse Crunch
3 sets to failure 15,15,15
Followed all that up with 30 minutes of Cardio

Had not just another killer workout but a JUGGERNAUT WORKOUT!!
20 minutes prior: 1.5 scoops Juggernaut Orange and here...we...go!
Back/Triceps/Calves
Straight-Arm Dumbbell Pullover
2 warm up sets of 10-12 reps, 1 working set of 8-10 reps to failure, 55lbs
Close-Grip Front Lat Pulldown
1 warm up set of 10-12 reps, 1 working set of 8-10 reps to failure, 120lbs,140lbs (1 min rest between sets)
One-Arm Dumbbell Row
1 warm up set of 10-12 reps, 1 working set of 8-10 reps to failure, 70lbs (1 min rest between sets)
Seated Cable Rows
1 warm up set of 10-12 reps, 1 working set of 8-10 reps to failure, 50lbs (1 min rest between sets)
Barbell Deadlift
1 warm up set of 10-12 reps, 1 working set of 8-10 reps to failure, 160lbs(1 min rest between sets)
Triceps Pushdown
1 warm up set of 10-12 reps, 1 working set of 8-10 reps to failure, 50lbs (1 min rest between sets)
Cable Lying Triceps Extension
1 warm up set of 10-12 reps, 1 working set of 8-10 reps to failure, 60lbs(1 min rest between sets)
Seated Triceps Press
1 warm up set of 10-12 reps, 3 working sets of 8-10 reps to failure, 60lbs (1 min rest between sets)
Calf Press On The Leg Press Machine
1 warm up set of 10-12 reps, 3 rest-pause sets to failure, 360lbs (10-15 sec rest between sets)
Followed up again with 30 minutes of Cardio
And after i had 2 post protein shakes I followed them up with this....

Morning JUGGERNAUTS!!
Hope everyone had a great weekend! It is Monday and that means it time to start Week 6 in the I AM Juggernaut Challenge
Going to have a great day at work as I have to drive up to Novi, Michigan to take a client and wait for them and bring them back. Started off with a good breakfast along with Cyclo Bolan NT and Carnitine MTX.
Can't wait to hit the gym tonight with some Juggernaut Orange and tear it up on Quads/Hams/Calves

Such a great feeling that even after a 14 hour work day I can still tear it up at the gym. Set a new personal best: 540lbs on leg press. Must be the JUGGERNAUT in me! Got in 3 sets of 10 reps...damn!

Had a great day today and even better workout. Tonight was Chest/Biceps/Abs and with taking Cyclo Bolan NT and Carnitine MTX during the day and loading up on 1.5 scoops of JUGGERNAUT I killed it at the gym!! Hope everyone is having the same succes as I am.
