Go 500x1 and be impressed. That seems to be a goal for a lot of people. I know a dude who is 245 and like 13%BF who had that for a goal. I think lift percentages should be compared with LBM, too. Fat isn't helping anyone lift no heavy as$ weights. I'll take my 255% going into this cut and hopefully hit 300%+ next bulk pretty quick.

dude you really need to google stuff and figure it out, everything that you ever need to know about computers, building one, taking one apart, and problems/solutions are all easily fixable since everything is documented.
For god sake, please download spybot search and destory, malware bytes, and microsoft security essentials. Also chill out on the porn man, if you dont visit it you shouldnt have any problems.There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. But even so, yes, I do them right. Not been lifting seriously until about 3 months ago, when I started All Pro's (did P90X before then, which was great but I was on a crazy cut so very little muscle).
Follow All Pro's, so add 10% every 5 weeks and increase rep ranges every week (8 through 12). I can do 105 in SLDL for 12 reps, but the one time I tried to max, did 135 and pretty much did just 3 before dropping it.

I would honestly do strength training for a solid year so you can get your numbers up, you should be able to to pull 3 plates very easily in a couple of months.
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?
