biggest cheat of my life....
just competed in the NKY...dieted for 16 WEEKS!!! As soon as the show was over we headed over to Fridays...on the way there I had some little debbie fudge brownies and doughnut sticks. Once we got there i devoured Quesadillas, potato skins, wings, Jackie Daniel's burger with fries, and for dessert i had a brownies obsession, this oreo cake and some peanut butter cup pie with a glass of milk...WOW i am so damn bloated but it was all worth it

I actually used to make a potato chip dip much like yours. I used one part mayo and one part plain yogurt. Good stuff!
Since everyone's on the subject of steak, I've had nothing but good experiences as Texas Roadhouse. Went there last week and had an excellent 16 oz. prime rib. Chowder Pot is great as well. My parents went to Ruth's Chris once and said that it's too expensive for the value. I hear they charge per glass of water or something.

Feels more like a challenge though, curious to see how much is possible (but know a lot of people on here pride themselves on how much they can eat, no doubt easily beat me at it haha)Pain is Weakness Leaving The Body

Well as I posted earlier, the family and I went to Giorgio's last night, and it was amazing.
-Started off with appetizers consisting of BASIL-N-SPICE CALAMARI & TOMATO AND GOAT CHEESE BRUSCHETTA: The calamari was lightly pan fried and served with an awesome marinara sauce. Since it was lightly pan-fried instead of fried in a deep fryer, it was much less greasy and very delicious. The Bruschetta was outstanding as always at this place. Topped with chopped tomatoes and goat cheese, it was outstanding
-After appetizers (since I was rediculously starving) I ordered the ROASTED CHICKEN WALDORF salad. The salad was delicious too. Served with roasted chicken covered in an incredible creamy dessing. On top of mixed greens, apple slices, walnuts and grapes...it was awesome.
-My entree was the RIBEYE A LA GIORGIO'S. 15oz boneless ribeye steak, served on top of creamy cheese roasted potatoes with a side of grilled veggies....I was stuffed at this point.
-Desert was MARIA'S TIRAMISU. Words can't describe how indulgent it was...but I can only hope that you understand from my emphasis that this desert was outstanding. Best tiramisu I've ever had. All in all, this dinner was outstanding. Hope everyone else is enjoying their easter as much as I am.

I have just eaten:
-2 cooked salmon steaks
-loads of green beans
-loads of cherry tomatoes
-loads of pickled cucumber
-the pitta/chollah equivalent of 8 slices of white bread
-four slices of pizza
-4-6 vineleave rice rolls
-two slices of some very lush dark chocolate cake
-3 hammantaschen (about 120kcals each pastry with sessame seed)
-4 mini-fruit and nut biscuits dipped in chocolate
-About 50g of Halva (ground pistachio paste, 500kcals per 100g)
-4 pieces of baclava (pastry, coated in molten sugar, with apple and cinamon filling, may 200kcals a pop)
-glass of orange juice
-about 300mll of water
The 300ml of water at the end was painful to drink
I might finish off the day with a protein shake and some ryvita in about 3 hours.
