Back on the grind this week, totally ate like ish this weekend, me and the kiddos baked good ol' Christmas goodies and I definitely indulged, and therefore the scale has been my enemy as well. =/ Workouts have been pretty good, gonna up my cardio a little bit more during the week though. Hope everyone has a great week!!!! Stay focused!

Changes
I can't seem to get below 187 lbs! So it is time to make some changes. I'm going to clean up the diet and increase cardio. Did HIIT today and planned for tomorrow also!
Sometime we have to take an assessment and realized that what worked once may no longer be as effective as it once was. Make some changes and watch some changes take place.

Its been a stressful 48hrs, i got back from vaca last night, I was looking forward to getting back to my super scheduled life, but as we pulled off the tollway my daughter decided to start throwing up (shes better now though). My husband who woke up feeling really nauseous on our travel day now is either suffering from either Montezuma's revenge or Man flu, which is basically the same thing anyways. We got home in one piece to relieve my house sitter, only to discover my dog spent the week pooping all around the basement. Seven loads of laundry, house scrubbed and vacuumed, kids bathed, everything unpacked and put away. woke up this morning feeling slightly nauseous myself so i hit the gym after doing the school run, and sweated out the possibility of getting sick, 3miles on the treadmill followed by squats, bench press, stiff leg deadlifts, pushups, yoga stretches. Feeling a little exhausted but feeling good
Goals: lose 20lbs
Squat: 200lbs
deadlift: 250lbs
pull-ups: unassisted 10

Haha! Yeah a volume discount that would be great. I had 16 inch fatceps before I decided to lose 80 pounds! LOL.
Six foot here and my arms are at 14.5 inches. I went to Kohls this weekend and not only was I able to comfortably fit into size 32 cargo shorts I bought a size Medium dry-fit shirt! Medium? I was in shock. All my XL's now fit me like they were tailored by Omar the Tent Maker. Anyway, if I could add just one inch to my arms they would fill the sleeves on the medium shirt. Bummer I thought I posted for the week, post # 1816. On Dec. 1, Thought Saturday was the start of a new week. If not I will not get DQ’d.
It was a busy stress & fun week. First our car took a dump. (hope the extended warranty was worth the purchase) Then we had to go out of town for family parties. One nephew graduated Peace Officer Academy. The other nephew turned 4 years old.
Bad but fun week now back to the diet and get back on track again…

Baby Gap-ing a XL is the plan, just give me 4-5 years.
Dat Feel.
My puny leg workout got me walking like polio already. Knee feeling pretty good though. Squats back to 175x3, hopefully I get 175x5 next week. Sucks being weak, but I am drinking milk. The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

Size 32 & mediums.
Feelsgoodman.jpg
My 30's are getting closer to fitting.
I'm hoping by end of this comp (my 41sts birthday) i'll easily be in them.
I literally only wore them for the few weeks between last yrs cut & bulk. so sad.
This yr i'm not stopping until i'm close to 10% & don't have to worry about growing out of them if I gain a few lbs of fat on the slow bulk.

I know i said no more progress pics but im so excited about reaching single digit bf levels for the first time ever I just have to share with my fellow obf'ers! Here is a current pic at about 8.5% bf. Hope to be at 6% by the end of the competition.
Pushing really hard to win, but regardless of what happens I feel proud to have accomplished single digits after being obese in my past. My personal best!
Excuse the panties in the backround. I like to crossdress sometimes. Lol
