I got it down. Ill be at 5-6% bodyfat in 4-5 weeks. Just came off a 6 month fall/ winter bulk. Put on 20, see how much I keep.


Honestly just 20 minutes fasted cardio when I wake (take 200mg caffiene and 25 mg ephedrine twice a day), low carb diet and still eat every 2 hours (75-100 grams of carbs a day) then go train for 45-60 mins and another 20 minutes cardio. Drop fat fast.




Last comp I did I was at 173lbs before carbing back up. Im at 188 now... So lets see where I am once I hit 6%. I did buy a certicate at a silent auction (cancer fundraiser) to get scanned at a local university to measure bodyfat. It will be nice to get the 100% spot on answer. Ill go in 6 weeks
