That is pretty awesome that you could get recognition like that... good for you!! I think the most awesome part of a built frame is legs. I love to work my legs, and being a pretty small girl I feel like my legs are what give me my power when I am lifting. Just being able to walk up to a machine and lift my body weight is an awesome feeling (I know that isnt that much of a feat, but a major confidence booster!) I love the way these women have taken control of their bodies and really just worked for what they wanted! I love seeing the pics of 'big' girls, but I dont think I would ever want to look like that. The abs are hot though!

Here's a few more to keep this great thread going. There was a pic posted of Emmanuela Pintus earlier in this thread, these are a few different ones of her. Christine Roth looks simply amazing!

Here's a few of Daniella Sell. NOTE- I'm told the weights aren't "true" weights, that they are aluminum plates, they don't really weigh 45 lbs. eatch. Basically just for the illusion of a huge lift. Still looks great and is inspiring though

Lisa bickels and Melissa Detwiller, both are simply amazing looking. Who was it that was saying that a strong woman who lifts weights can't be stunningly beautiful?

Well, here's my most recent picture. Definitely doesn't compare to Big T but it IS a picture and there IS a muscle in it, lol.

Iron Man magazine for June has an exceptional, and unusual for a magazine, focus on women bodybuilders. Pauline Nordine is on the cover. Even tho she is more fitness, she is absolutely stunning
they got out the car, first chick came up with a bottle and i got it off her, second chick smashed bottle on my face resulting in lights out for her
the guy came up and punched me in the right eye, which also resulted in lights out.
he got in his car, ran over my mates brother
I got home and shaved me head.....
.....I GOT HOME AND SHAVED ME HEAD.....
Ehudd

Female muscles can be very sexy!
I'm guy and I hope you don't mind me commenting on this thread here.
I like the attitude of you girls towards this sport and most of the pictures.
It's a long way to get such a great body a it's good that you're so
self-confident to show it (especially Sara and Titania: great job!!!).
Of course there will be always people that prefer more or less muscles like
there are people that prefer black or blond hair or blue, brown or green
eyes.
The main thing is, that you're satisfied with yourself and if you show this
to other people, it's perfect. It's true, that female bodybuilding isn't totally
accepted in our society, but there are many, who would never admit that
the like muscles on women, even if they do...
I think female muscles look sexy, but some women look already too big for
my taste, anyway it's great what they have achieved.
I'm living in the Czech Republic and female bodybuilding is quite common
here.
Have a look at: www.katkakyptova.com
She won the national junior class last year, very fine muscles and a lot
of feminity.
Keep on going, female bodybuilding is awesome!

Muscular women from Czech and Slovakia
Thanks Titania, that I'm welcome to post here.
Attached you'll find a picture of Timea Majorova, I think she's well-known
in the USA.
Is anybody here, who doesn't like her body? I think, she is just
great.
If want to have a look at other Czech or Slovak women try this link:
www.musclewomen.cz (in the menu: profily or galerie - there are also
some hints that lead to an tranlation into English).
There you find everything, from figure competitors to prof bodybuilders.
For me very impressive is Jitka Stastna, mother of three children, but
what a shape!
That's enough for now, I will sometimes come by, a great forum with great
threads!
Titania, also congrats from my side for breaking the 15 inch barrier -
15,5 inches mean 39,4 cm - wow .
I measured my biceps last week and had 37,5 cm = 14,8 inches. But
I think I will make the barrier soon as well (started to train regularly last
year).
You see: women can motivate men with there performance as well.
Just keep on working out!
