Here's what looks to be a relatively recent pic of Franco, I've no idea how recent it is.....

I'm only posting it in this thread cause I saw pics of Stallone and Franco together in here

GOD how sad....You see these people in there best all the time. Then see a recent picture of them and its like...jaw dropping...Man God is crule making people age!!...Off to cry now...

Mind you his biceps now aren't that much smaller than his prime................

No matter who it is... For anyone to be in the condition that Stallone and Arnie are in at their age you have to give them their fair dews.

Personally I wouldn't classify that as his prime........wasn't he only around 160lbs?

He looked pretty good in Rocky 4, heaviest in Rocky 6

That's from RockyIII. He was 165

This one is from Rocky IV. He was 173.

There isn't a single pic here of Stallone as he appeared in Rocky I. His chest was huge when he made that movie, much larger than in any of his subsequent films. He may not have been as "ripped" then, but he also wasn't overweight at all. I always found his body more impressive in that film than in any others. Even when he had a sweatsuit on he looked big. I also thought his training scenes there were more impressive than in any other Rocky films--he was incredibly fast for a man that size and his overall strength was obvious. If you want to see him when he WAS very unimpressive, look at pics of him from Rocky II. He was flat-out fat in that movie. In any event, he has been an incredible inspiration to me when I train.

IMO he was never huge, but he did look a bit more bloated in the first Rocky.

As far as im concerned I think Stallone had a great body, and all around package. And as far as im concerned, he still does for a 61 year old man...Props to him and anyone with the wilpower to keep training after so many years.

Sly and Brad's bods are not that much different. Sly had him by just a few pounds of pure muscle.

Agree. You go to any gym in the world and you'll see a lot of guys (who have been training for just a year or so) who have better bodies that Sly in his prime. The point is that Sly's body, albeit great, still borders on average.

To me, Sly always looked like a middleweight. A 200 lb. muscular man of the same height as Sly's would look much bigger. Sly is a natural large middleweight.

Sly is actually 5'9". He always wears elevators to add inches to his height. He was always insecure of his height. He admitted it before. When you see him in person, you'll be a little surprised how small he actually is. You'll see average guys in the street much more physically imposing than Rambo.

He was smooth in Rocky I and II. Bigger but smoother. Offseaon weight with no muscle maturity.

He was actually thin and depleted in all his Rocky and Rambo movies in the '80s. I like his body in Cliffhanger, Tango and Cash, Lock Up and The Specialist.

He is in better shape than a lot of younger stars lol

Sly has flat chest now because age has cannibalized and blurred his muscles. No chest and no back. His abs is not sharp anymore but of course he's now 60 years old for crying out loud. It's mediocre at best. What Sly has are basically veins, good delts and some biceps.

I can look like Sly or look even better when I'm 61 if I'm also going to use JINTROPIN. Even in his prime, I can proudly say I'll beat Sly on a bodybuilding stage anyday. And I'm natural.

All those pics prove one thing, Sly is ripped but not big. There are thousands of Stallone's in many gyms around the world. But the guy is inspiring because he is SYLVESTER STALLONE. We all admire him in some ways.
