Already acutely aware of my posture and bodylanguage, especially around strangers. People respect you more if you appear unintimidated and confident. I don't think height matters that much in social situations past first impressions. Sure a tall guy can appear more confident and attractive to girls at first, but how they talk and act can immediately invalidate that -- similarly people might assume a short guy to be less confident and assertive, but they could then be considered the opposite after a short interaction.

Tyrione on GoT is an example of an alpha character, and he's a dwarf. Pretty sad that so many miscers have low self-esteem and won't let themselves be alpha because they don't physically feel it.
