Pumpkin-laced PB&J sludge
15 oz canned pumpkin
FFGY
Byrd Mill 12% Fat Dark Roast Peanut Flour
Polaner Sugar Free With Fiber Blackberry Preserves (okay, maybe it's not exactly jelly; sue me)
UVAB to thin a bit
Protein content: probably bordering 70g
Toppings/ mix-ins
Using the little bits of preserves were nice; they didn't swirl like I wanted them to, but I'm getting little pockets of blackberry preserves as I get through the sludge bowl.

Man, I'll never get tired of making this stuff. Amazing that no oil is added and the almond butter turns out so creamy.

Both options were good. The untoasted soaked up the GY as you chewed it, but toasted it had more crunch. Sadly it paled in flavor comparison to the Cinnamon Toast Crunch though!
EDIT: Nothing compared to adding that leftover cinnamon roll dough though. Man that was incredible.Last edited by IrishPilot; 10-30-2012 at 05:21 AM.

1. 9-10 oz Almonds, Stevia, Cinnamon, Flaxseed, 1-2 tsp of honey (sub for stevia if you want).
2. Roast them all at 325 for 12 minutes.
3. Process them down (this is the "long" process)
4. Finished result!
True, you can always tweek things though. I throw in pumpkin, honey, and sometimes baking coco +stevia for chocolate nut butters.

I know this isnt exactly an "eating now" post, but I was just too damn excited to not share with my fellow foodies.
Straight to Cliffs:
*No Oatmeal Cookie Chunk ANYWHERE near where I live.
*Had my eyes out when traveling since I do it for a living, and have yet to ever see OCC.
*Have asked all local stores to pick it up, so far to no avail.
*Took coupons for free pints to the one shop that carries Peanut Brittle.
*Came home victorious.

Dominos Pan pizza is 10/10 cheese and crust. My new favorite pizza (offset slices cause I put some on my plate and then decided to take a pic)
