Ouch. I can't imagine being a teacher, it must be one of the hardest fates out there. What grade do you teach?

i'm a light sleeper if the wife opens the door and hall way light is on I wake up.
I have to sleep with ear plugs even then noises still wake me up. wake up 3 times a night to pee as well.1915,1933,2003, 2014 Genocide after Genocide.

Have you ever tried a sound machine or sleep music to block out other noises?
First time taking an 8 am class. Haven't had to leave the house around 7 am since high school. My problem is that I am worried about not waking up on time because it has happened twice.
Do you drink tea bags, loose leaf, or both?
