233.6 lbs as a final weigh in - almost 26lbs lost overall; pretty damn happy overall with the loss, even if I did slack for three weeks. Back into full swing and hoping to keep on losing and getting into shape.
Massive grats to everyone that's done this comp, and good luck in the future. Also, big thanks to Krete for organising this whole affair, even with loads on at home and work taking the time to keep this running. Think the whole team weight loss and the competition has been a great job.

Hey there, just wanted to drop in and thank Krete, I missed the last two weeks submissions, hardly even got onto misc in the last two weeks due to hectic life events but nevertheless it was run brilliantly and I enjoyed the journey.

First off- congrats to everyone who stuck in until the end- even in our off weeks .
I was "up" this week (Saturday is my off night traditionally- so I report my weight as of Sunday a.m. no matter what). I was down as of Saturday morning, so I'm thinking it's mainly water (mexican food haha- Sat. a.m. I was at about 10 lbs for the comp).
At the end of it all, I am simply glad to have not gained weight. I moved back to my college/summer job where I get free meals at our #1 ranked dining facility in the country (at least a couple of years ago- it may not be now). I worked here last summer as well and gained 20 lbs (yes 20 -_-) in 6 weeks. For me to be 10 pounds DOWN? It's awesome.
Looking forward to all of our success in the future.
-fatguygoescrazy/Chris (I'll probably post once more tomorrow, just to make it "official" since it's July 1st and all). One day at a time- changing my life.

I would like to apologize to my team for falling out of the competition. I think after cutting for almost a year straight I went crazy and just fell off the wagon. In the past few weeks I have gained (I believe) around 5-7 pounds. Although I've had this setback, I have found myself stronger than ever in my motivation to continue my body transformation. Congratulations to all of you who stuck through it to the end and met your goals.
I'd also like to thank Krete for hosting all of his competitions. It was one of his competitions back in October that finally pushed me off my ass and set my aspirations into life. Since then, I have not only improved physically, but mentally and in every other aspect as well. I haven't enjoyed life as much as I am now in quite some time
This is what I looked like about a week into the first comp at around 225 pounds:
This was me in late May around 180:
Now, keep in mind since those last pictures I have put on like 5 or so pounds, which I feel (maybe just psychological) that they all went back into my belly. Thanks again Krete, and to every who participated. Keep on trucking!Last edited by NONOPUST; 07-01-2013 at 08:57 PM.

Gratz to everyone in the comp who made progress and those who stayed to the end.
If anyone wants to continue I have made the July - Oct comp over here http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=155162783
Probably should have asked Krete's blessing first before plagiarising his entire comp... but I think he's too busy with work to notice.

Can't believe it's July, 6 months of comps and 25lbs lost under the belt for 2013.
Great job guys! Sticking with it whether you fell off the wagon a few times or not, is a huge part of it all. The way I look at it now you can either do nothing and guarantee nothing in return, or do something and guarantee an eventual result.
I only did about 7 lbs on the scale this time around but add that to the start of the new year comp and it adds up. Jan 1st weigh in was 241 lbs. I can definitely fell muscle in certain places that wasn't there before which make me feel pretty accomplished, too bad it's hard to really measure that.
I'll be following along wherever ya'll are going. Was thinking about taking some quiet time over the summer but this place is like my security blanket lol. Want to still make progress throughout the summer.Goals:

Thank you Krete for your hard work, dedication and inspiration! I blew the last couple of weeks because of my life atm but I lost a few pounds, which is better than where I was heading. I enjoyed the team concept. There were a few weeks where I would have gone off the rails but I stuck to it so I wouldn't let my team down. Congratulations everyone and Good Luck in the future!

Did my first leg day workout in 4 months this morning (I have knee burstis and I've been trying to avoid making it worse) and then ran 4 miles after work. I havn't done that in a long time. Feels great.
