It's pretty much the same brah. There are only very small nuances in different rules from country to country. For example, in America a comp platform can be 12x12' because we do **** in ft. instead of metric.

Back in the 140s, for how weak my squat is, I will take this right now. My clean is so much more consistent than it used to be (before my "retirement"). Only 8 kilos on the snatch and 9 kilos on c+j until I set all-time PRs... I really think with a few more blocks of training, I will be surpassing my old PRs

ive been seeing alot of oly weightlifters use barbell step ups onto a box or stairs as an assistance exercise, what exactly is the point of this? and what are the benefits to adding them to a routine?

hey guys...i started adding C&J to my workout routine here and there (wen to an OLY gym only twice so far in my life, hit 225 on C&J the second time) and now i do some light form work in my usul gym (no bumper plates/platofrm, so i can't get close to 1RM but i guess form work is very important in this phase for me anyways)

just wanted to say hi, will sub to thread and follow all your guys' posts

it was good because it allowed me to easier break bad habits, but if I would have kept training and just fixed those habits, I would be way farther ahead than where I am at now. Maybe if I took a year off and did nothing but squats for that year, lol. If I kept training and fixed the bad habits, I think I would be going 130-135/160-165ish by now, oh well.

anyone see the video of Klokov do 30 snatches @100kg for time (5:47) he beat Rich Fronings time by 22s, would have been like 40s if he didnt miss the last rep once. I lol'd hard afterwards when he wrote his time on a white board next to Fronings time and then wrote "WINNER" next to his name

It's sad to see so many big names getting into CF now. They are obviously just doing it for the money, but most elitist CF supporters are either too stupid or to blind to realize it, and then it just makes them wank so much harder on themselves because now legit athletes are giving it attention.

Had a meh meet. Got some kind of poisoning/virus Thursday night/Friday. Probably have **** out half my body fluids the last 4 days. I'm just starting to feel better. Almost vomited after eating after weigh ins. Given the circumstance it's fine.

Had to lower my openers big time. 105x 105 110. 133 137 143x j

Get into CF > "Man, I'm doing this wrong" > Go find a real coach
