Very cute leggings! Murder mystery sounds really fun
That's awesome that you get to watch your kids play hockey. Doing one full body workout a day sounds like a great idea, especially if you're busy with all of that hockey

Well day 1 RFL so far so good. Guess we will see how this time goes. Floated back up to 140 but stayed three pounds lighter however I have been eating a lot of crap. Back to the real world. I prepped a couple of meals too we had slow cooker pork chops tonight, put together a shepherds pie with yams (I will remove potatoe and cheese) then ave ground turkey defrosting for stuffed acorns.
Got our costumes for the party I'm Kitty Cocktail my dress is smexy smexy smexy - no back, feather skirt hubs is a gangster lol go figure in a 1920's murder mystery.
Did the max capacity training tonight, wow it was tougher than I thought but only as hard as the effort you put in.
4 exercise per cycle, 4 rounds no break between rounds.
50 secs on, 10 secs off( your only suppose to measure first round but I couldn't)
Squat: 26, 25, 22, 20
Push ups: 27, 20, 13, 14 from knees elbow started hurting on round 3
Lunges: 19, 20, 20, 18
Plank: 30, 45, 45, 50 full on first round, knees on 2-4.
As it only takes 16 min plus wam up I can't say I don't have time, then will plan one full body on fri, sat or sun depending on our hockey schedules.
Xavier played two games and they won both so that's a great start to the season and they both play at home this weekend so we will be at rink from 8:30-12:30 but at least we re all together in one spot."That's not sweat that's your fat cells crying" anonymous

Thanks ladies- was up going to the bathroom all last night and dropped another 1.6 pds so I guess this is the "water" weight falling off. I haven't been perfect with no carbs as I decided the low amount of potatoe I put on the shepherds pie wasn't worth scraping off (and the lovely gooey cheese) but definitely lower calorie consumption happening. I am hoping that means that I really didn't pack on as much as I thought over Thanksgiving and it was just a fluctuation. I am around 136 this morning. My lowest weight when I was on RFL last round was 133 but it never held after a cheat night, so I took the 135. Progress progress.
Super proud of Xavier's hockey team they are playing so well that they have been asked to play a crossover game to Tier 1, that would be amazing for our little town as we only have so many kids to pull from which and we play all different centre sizes (town next to us has 20k +, we have 2k) and we all play in the same league. If we do well we may end up in Tier 1 - which there is no guarantee of winning a banner but I think we will be competitive.
Good for him as well we have had a second game scheduled this weekend but it is at 9:30 on Sunday in a town that is almost 2hrs away - so much for getting drunk and enjoying my murder mystery party! 6:30 will come awfully early on Sunday. I can sleep in the car I hope or just lots and lots of coffee. X wont be at his top of his game either as we are having a community babysitter who is watching all the kids at another friends house so I am sure he will be up until all hours of the night! Oh well he is young and will bounce back just not sure I will"That's not sweat that's your fat cells crying" anonymous

Youre welcome for the max capacity link. I'm loving it and the timing and everything seems right. Already seeing good strength improvements in week 3. I will definitely have to be in here following your log consistently seeing as you can be my MCT buddy and we can talk workouts. However my results are not nearly as impressive as yours, lol.
Also how did I miss a fellow hockey fan in here?! I'm working on making my comeback to the game I love. We gotta talk puck sometime girl! I know all the ins and outs and how all the travel is, the early rink mornings, piling in the car to get to the tourney. Sigh, I miss it."The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it." Michelangelo

Welcome on! Glad to have you.
I currently have three players in the family - both kids Xavier 8) is a second year novice, and Lexi (6) is second year initiation and hubs plays rec hockey still. When I met him he was still playing senior hockey which in Saskatchewan is competitive, full contact so hockey is one of my fav sports then that is followed by football. I played a bit as a kid but then went into figure skating instead. I keep getting asked by another Mom to join her rec team but I need to brush up my skating however I am the only Mom who goes out and plays with the kids when it is parent and kid skates."That's not sweat that's your fat cells crying" anonymous

For any crafters out there not sure if I have shown off my scrapbooking room - my husband loves me very much and purchased a flat screen and receiver so I have tv while I work

new dress I bought and LOVE LOVE LOVE wore to work yesterday and had people asking if it was my review day and I laughed and just told them nope just love nice clothes.

So not sure if I told the story of Lexi's dress like a pirate day? She told me last Friday at 6:45am (when we should be walking out the door) that she needed to dress like a pirate at school, so that is the outfit I managed to come up with She is pretty darn cute I think.

I am dropping the same weight over and over again so it will be nice when I can hit some new territory and actually see what's under here. I can start seeing the slimming of my thighs but would like to see more go - I carry a lot there, pretty much all of it. I have saggy skin from fatness and pregnancies in the belly that looks okay while standing but in certain positions you may as well call me a milk cow however it is slowly getting better. If I see 120's on the scale I think that is when I will realize if I have made much progress or not.

I know what this is like cept the pregnancy part. Progress can be stubborn. I think you look amazing. I'm hoping I can reach your current weight some time before the end of the year. The 120's seems low to me.
Anyway, reading about your happy little hockey family makes me smile. As well as my Sharks being first place int he NHL. Yeah. But honestly there is nothing more fun than playing the game to me plus I think you would be pleasantly surprised about how well it sculpts your body and it might be a fun change of pace. You should really get into it. Join that rec team! Thanks GG means a lot. So busy with the rest of the family (and I am the ice scheduler for our association) that now isn't the time but maybe in the future. I realize that there is only so many hours in the day and I think attending their practices and watching their games is worth every minute

Here is my family Easter 2008 - both hubs and I have made significant changes to our bodies since then. Not the best pic but just trying to grab you something so you can see that it works - I only really started lifting for the last couple of years and nothing hardcore. If you see a post in my thread by MRTBOSS that's my hubby which will give you more perspective. Be happy that you choose to incorporate weight lifting I. Your body transformation earlier as I just choose diet for a long time and played yo-yo at higher levels. This isn't at my highest weight as I actually lost weight in my pregnancy with Lexi since I already was obese. My max weight was around 190 at my heaviest and I never want to see that again.
You ill have people support you and you will have people try to sabotage you, even when not purposeful. Just get on trucking and make minor goals that lead towards your overall goal and realize that the the end is when you decide and may change along the way as I know my overall goal has in the last couple of years.
