I'm on my second week of it and I really like it so far. The regular club programming is 5 days/week which fits my schedule perfectly. They also have a beginner 3x/week program and an elite 9 sessions/week program as well
edit: the current cycle is focusing more on speed under the bar and the weights don't get too heavy but while I havent gone 90%+ on a lift in a while I have increased my consistency a crap ton as I havent missed lifts at %'s I would occasionally miss before

Got pinned under 43 twice tonight. Still sick but no excuse. Clean I mean.
My last big think I worked on is keeping the bar close on cleans and immediate reversal of direction. My new big thing is working on the heel snap on every lift you see the Eastern Europeans do. It helps me get under and bounce out of the clean most importantly. The Russians are ****ing pro at this. They establish the base before even getting to the bottom. I think it'll help me recover. I urge you guys to mess w it
If you're just tired push through. If you're truly wrecked and cns is ****ed give it a rest go light technique. Deload
Someone asked about body type and carb backloading. I assure you I was the fat "big boned" kid you made fun of in grade school. Srs. If it works for a endo/meso it'll work for you.Snatch: 122

CBL is definitely something I want to try
Also, what is this "heel snap" you speak of? Now that I am coming back and my squat is way down and I am cleaning weights just below my current front squat, I desperately need to catch a bounce if I want to be able to hit the jerkBryan
