get on dat der chicken breast + eggs + broccoli/spinach time.

6 oz chicken breast + 3 eggs + bed of spinach + side of steamed broccoli: 470 calories 64g protein 18g fat filling as fuk

I eat pretty decent most of the time, grilled chicken / low fat strips of steak. I can eat chicken without carbs but fuk I don't know how people can eat eggs without toast or a bagel or something. Hate the taste of just plain eggs

I'm down about 4 lbs after the intial drop of water weight. I'm starting to see minor details and a little bit of serratus at 196 lbs, so that's helping to keep me pushing.

Idk about others ITT but I try to have one free meal a week where I'll eat something that doesn't really fit the macros, like a greasy burger or something. Keeps me from binging like fish. Today was my heavy back day, dem feels rack pulled 405x3(PR) and then 4 plates on t bar row for 3 sets.

My upper abs are starting to appear every so slightly. Also something of the shape of the adonis belt is showing up but I'm not sure if that'll become more defined or not. Sauna and drinking lots of water will help to get rid of anything.

oh my ****ing god brahs I'm so hungry... almost went full retard but I managed to get myself under control... here's what I ate...

low carb whole grain tortilla with some 4% cottage cheese smeared on and some walden farms maple syrup... was so hungry I ate half the thing really quickly before even taking a pic


tasted so fuking good ........ made another ...... in b4 my poverty bite gets called out on, I was so hungry that I took a bite of the tortilla before even taking the picture


Made another tortilla with cocoa powder, peanut butter, small drizzle of vitafiber and walden farms maple syrup and it was so good that I ate it in two bites and couldnt even take a pic fuark

Made this ridiciulous conconction (srs) plain greek yogurt, walden farms maple syrup, 2 chocolate covered pomengranate pieces, 4 walnuts, and a drizzling of cocoa powder... The bowl and fork I used weren't even clean, I was ravaging so hard that I just took them out of the sink as soon as I saw them.... I used them earlier today when I was cooking chicken breast.... I didn't even mix everything in the bowl up, I forgot I had put cocoa powder in, took a huge bite and started coughing because cocoa powder went into my lungs because I forgot to mix it up



ALMOST went full retard (srs)... managed to cap it off at those four food creations, think it was only 300-400 calories... if my count is correct, I should still be a couple hundred under maintenance... think I did well for a typical saturday, as I usually end up binging unbelievably hard on saturdays.
