How's your cut anyways? I ate a good amount over my calories today and it was a rest day. I'm not upset because I've been doing well and leaning out. On the bright side, I have heavy back day tomorrow and will need all the energy I can get. Been feeling weaker and weaker as the cut was proceeding so this might help. We shall see.
Drinking a ton of water right now to help with the sodium.

Honestly, its been a little slow, started off super strong, then over memorial day weekend I kind of disregarded macros and tried to just keep it reasonable. I'm down about 4 lbs after the intial drop of water weight. I'm starting to see minor details and a little bit of serratus at 196 lbs, so that's helping to keep me pushing.
Idk about others ITT but I try to have one free meal a week where I'll eat something that doesn't really fit the macros, like a greasy burger or something. Keeps me from binging like fish. Today was my heavy back day, dem feels rack pulled 405x3(PR) and then 4 plates on t bar row for 3 sets.

My upper abs are starting to appear every so slightly. Also something of the shape of the adonis belt is showing up but I'm not sure if that'll become more defined or not. I'm kind of glad I went over my calories today, if I'm going to go over why not on a rest day before a heavy back day I didn't binge, just had some pizza with my brother because we watched a movie and he offered. Sauna and drinking lots of water will help to get rid of anything.
I am disappoint.
