If I was white I would totally get a giant tatoo of thor wielding his hammer against a back drop of lightening.

Not yet. I want to get a respectable total before I get it. Also, the artist I want is in Las Vegas and won't be visiting until May.

Yo, I have a question and need your opinion. I've wanted to get a tattoo of an anchor for a couple years now because it symbolizes something important to me, but I'm wondering if it will make people think I'm a sailor. I'm not, though.

lol. Just make it a badass anchor or something...like some stuff around it and ****...incorporate it into something larger. I'm not the person to go to for tat questions though. If people start asking dumbass questions like, "are you a sailor"...just start asking them stupid questions like, "are you a wizard?". Or just make up fun stories that make them feel stupid.

How come no matter what gym I go to it never fails that there are pin heads doing 1/4 squats in the smith machine with to much weight???? I'm so sick of seeing this ****!!!! where do they learn this crap from?

Being a real lifter is not about a number, or a medal, or somebody else telling you that you are a real lifter. It is about commitment to the iron and strength of purpose.

Full squats are bad for your knees. And you can use more weight in a smith machine which means your legs will get bigger, Science. Please stop trying to argue science.

All depends on what you are used to doing on your knees. For you this should not be a problem.

Question: If I'm doing a Log Clean/Press with no plates on the log, should I put the log on a tire or other object? I've seen it done both ways on video, what would you guys recommend? I've never trained with a log before.

How does one do "stiff legged squats"?
Wouldn't that just be a good morning, or just standing there?

he has no rom. his rom is half that of some1 trying to do a jerk. he barely bends his knees. hence we call them stiff legged squats. the sad part is he has a partner. and they both do this on the leg press also. and when he squat he does it on the smith machine. and they dont even try to go lower. they just toss on 4 plates on the smith machine and "yarp" like a pirate.
