they were in the garage, wasnt hot, just like normal temperature i guess

That feeling you get on squat day when a bro was in the squat rack doing bro squats. You know those kind that aren't even half way to parallel. When he finished girlfriend and I used the rack. She did more weight then him ass to grass...feelsgoodman

Never. It seems like my orders ship direct from Pennsylvania and usually arrive within 5-7 days. Never had a holdup at customs.

I've seen that guy too! I got all excited for an epic squat fail and this skinny dude with chicken legs owned the rack! I RARELY talk to people at the gym but I had to comment and tell him I was impressed.

Speaking of which. Any of you guys been to the Ben & Jerry's original shop in Vermont? Been there twice, bout a couple years ago. Going to have to go again here coming this Fall due to all the B&J lovers in this forum. I was in love with them before I found this forum.

The tour is pretty entertaining. Plus they give you free ice cream at the end :_)!!!

A simple glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM supp works wonders. Much cheaper than Animal Flex too.
