4th party tests now verifying the 3rd party test. Since Covance wasn't good enough (for some of you) to verify our internal testing, we just had retentions retested a few days ago.

1. I wish if the test was done on another flavor as vanilla easily shows higher # of grams of protein.

2. In the case of myofusion probiotic, the supplement fact says that all flavors have the same amount of protein and grams of powder in each serving and the # of servings are the same for all flavors. But if you look at ON 100% whey supplement facts you would notice that 5 lbs of vanilla ice cream is 80 servings while 5 lbs of Mocha Cappuccino is only 71 servings. This isn't happening with MyoF pro, why?

Most times if you have a lower % of protein per serving it is easier to balance macros and serving sizes. Optimum has a higher % so it can be more of a challenge I'd assume. It's interesting you point out their mocha cappuccino flavor has lower servings. This is just pure speculation, but I'm guessing that particular flavor has less servings because of the inclusion of coffee which is a dense material and you need a decent amount to have a good taste. Think about how much instant coffee it takes to flavor an 8oz cup of coffee. 2 tbsp in most cases. I just designed a mocha flavor for Probiotic series and wasn't able to balance the macros or serving weight so they are off from the rest of the flavors we make. It's a 40 gram serving size as opposed 39 grams for the rest of the flavors. For this reason, there is about 1 serving less per lbs of commercial goods. I hope that helps.

They finally decided to submit their stuff on June 19th, 2012.

Bottom line: Never take these guys word for any claims they have, always check the documentation. They're proven liars when it comes to what they've already had tested and where. They blatantly lied about having these tests at the time they claimed it.

You really need to re-read the posts. You are combining unrelated statements and fabricating your own.





Deserusan said we use different labs other than Covance for product testing.

We don't only use Covance. Our manufacturer is SQF 2000 level III certified and we have our internal control tests. Micro is sourced out to Silliker labs.

I clarified that we don't send every batch of protein to multiple labs because it's costly and unnecessary, but that we use other labs for other product testing.

And regarding other labs, we do use them for other aspects of our business purposes. It just so happens that the protein content testing for the product in question was done by Covance. We don't send a given batch out to multiple different labs as a general practice as its costly and extra. I really don't know if seeing a lab report for our creatine or other product done by a different lab is relevant here. Deserusan simply mentioned that other labs are hired by us for testing, not necessarily that every batch we send out for testing is sent to multiple labs.

And the Covance tests were ISO certified. Care to put your foot in your mouth again on that one? Two non-Gaspari reps checked out the Covance tests and said this:

I work for an ACLASS Accredited lab, which is basically the same thing as A2LA. Pretty sure I know what's going on.

Notice how the statement "This analysis is not ISO accredited" is designated by an "*". If you look through the report, nothing is designated by an asterix, which means none of the tests on that report are not accredited (for any tards reading, this means everything on the report IS accredited).

Most labs have a default report format. You input the test results into your database and it spits the report out. I'm willing to bet that statement "* This analysis is not ISO accredited", appears on every report by default, and anytime a test is run that is not within the labs scope, an "*" is simply added.

CLIFFS: As usual, OP and the majority of the misc has no idea what they're talking about. I have no problems trusting these results over some random ****ing reddit user. I work in a ****ing food testing lab so I think I'd know. Some of you are so goddamn dense. Keep flushing your **** down the toilet, jakes on you dip****s.

Covance got back to A2LA and did indeed say the production of this certificate was a glitch and it was not supposed to have that footnote. I don't work for A2LA and I don't work for a lab, I was going off of what I was told by someone else and it took a while to get this clarified because the person who has Covance as their lab was out until now. Either way you would think they would have made sure this report was correct before firing it off. I know I would if I were going to spend my money and reputation of a lab report. Edit: If anyone wants to blast me go ahead but I didn't see any of you guys going out of the way to get to the bottom of this bull****.
