    I would not think the OP is on Cell Tech, being a doctor I would believe you may be on Testosterone therapy. Routine makes no sense, why do all of this with same results could be had with much less.

    Tried what OP did to an extend, did half the volume but I find LEG curl very difficult to set up because the machine is retarted.

    Didn't feel that tired, but 2 days later my calves are destroyed. Used quite light weight though.

    Also if you work 12 hours a day and workout 2 hours, then including travelling to and from work and the gym you'd have like 8 hours left each day to do everything else you need to do including sleep.

    I sleep 4-5 hours/day. House is 10 mins from hospital and gym is on the way to hospital.

Of course the casual non athletic lifter will find this routine extreme, but to me it's nothing excessive.

    Ok it all makes sense now age 25(quick recovery), sedentary job, cardio recovery, and the big one 4-5 hours of prior training. I wasn't accusing you of trolling i just wanted to understand how it is possible; there will always be outliers.
