I would not think the OP is on Cell Tech, being a doctor I would believe you may be on Testosterone therapy. Routine makes no sense, why do all of this with same results could be had with much less.

Tried what OP did to an extend, did half the volume but I find LEG curl very difficult to set up because the machine is retarted.
Didn't feel that tired, but 2 days later my calves are destroyed. Used quite light weight though.Gotta get hench....brah

M8 you're trolling hard as fuk you can't fool me. If you don't squat, deadlift nor bench heavy what is the 1160lbs crew in your sig in reference to?
Also if you work 12 hours a day and workout 2 hours, then including travelling to and from work and the gym you'd have like 8 hours left each day to do everything else you need to do including sleep.Vincit Omnia Veritas

This is upper level trolling. A piece of art, even.

1) Age 25.
2) Creatine/proteins/caffeine pills.
3) End every session with cardio/HIIT found out it helps my recovery a lot.
4) Kinda sore, but to be honest my job isn't that demanding physically depending on the rotations I do. Right now I'm doing neuroradiology, so I'm sitting most of the day in front of a computer eating meat. srs.
5) I realize it's a lot of volume and most people think it's a troll thread, but I come from an athletic background ( Judo and MMA ) and was a decent athlete, would train 4-5 hours daily when preparing for a competition. Of course the casual non athletic lifter will find this routine extreme, but to me it's nothing excessive.

I dont know man I'd rather just squat, its always worked for me.
To the ego, the present moment hardly exists. Only past and future are considered important. This total reversal of the truth accounts for the fact that in the ego mode the mind is so dysfunctional. It is always concerned with keeping the past alive, because without it - who are you?
