Look. Just because you eat "a lot" doesn't mean you have good nutrition. And sleeping more isn't defined by sleeping a lot on the weekends, it means haveing a good sleep cycle. You're getting a steady rate of good sleep.

You're lightly depressed. You don't have to contemplate suicide on a daily basis to be depressed, depression is diagnosed (with a reason) on the basis of the duration of symptoms. Sleeping won't do. Doing nothing won't do. It could actually make things worse. If you already tried the usual (i.e. caffeine and the like *in small doses*) to no avail, go see a psychiatrist. 100% srs.
