Conservative estimate puts 30 minutes of cardio at 200c of activity four times a week. Plus, I'm going to try to start getting some longer runs in on Sunday for anywhere between 500-1000c, depending on the run. That should put my TDEE eat at well over 2000c. Pig ears on Sundays!
