    Strong shoulders have always been strong, when im back "on" i'll press the 100's for high reps(8-12).

    Benching has always been a weak spot for me, i could dl 500 when i could only bench 225, its getting there though.

    Im supposed to be providing a video of me OHP today, this may have to wait as im training at 7.30am and not any of my lifting partners can attend for me sadly, may have to just wait a week but it will be provided.
    Damn I could get the 80s for maybe 5 lol

    I get fcuk loads from a dl suit, or a squat suit backwards.

    intradesting, I have always thought that DL suits are just a bit of a joke, perharps they work better at more moderate weights because the biggest deads have been raw!

    Squat suits back wards are basically dl suits lol

    The only thing a dl suit will do is help you get the bar from the floor to your shins, it does nothing at lockout whatsoever, which is where im weak lol

    Biggest ive seen is a 450ish by andy bolton, i swear that was suited though cant remember!
