-Starting to wear briefs again, i only get 5kg out of them from the material, but up to 20 if i adapt them to my squat again, this was just a light session to easy my way back into using them.

-Had no spot, hate wasting energy throwing them up, 27 reps in just over a min is good though.
Behind The Neck Smith Machine Press

Notes So ima make a spreadsheet of the best lifts so far in this log, as im 70% sure i will be resuming the dark side on Monday, should of dead lifted today, as you can see i dont really dead lift that often, its my best lift because i dont try and force it, rack pull was a big PB.
