Went to Brickstore Pub's 15th Anniversary party last night. Don't remember leaving, was a hell of a good time. Here is the tap list:

2011 Terrapin Cherry Red Wine Barrel Wake and Bake RIS 8.1%
Everything was fantastic - time to nurse my hangover.
Edit: They really need to release the oak aged ten fidy. Not a huge fan of the original but with the oak it really is a different beer. Probably one of the most balanced and mellow imp stouts I've ever had.

A bar nearby me usually has one Mikkeller on tap at all times. Monk's elixir, a few of the single hop IPAs have been on, and I think a stout was on in the winter some time. I love the bar but every time I go I always spend at least a 50 spot which is a bit too cost prohibitive for me.

Yeah $50 is not uncommon for me whenever I go to craft beer bars. I'd rather stare at my bank statment with mild regret than drink Bud Light with my caveman friends.

You aren't ever going to see the Smoked Porter variations. You aren't on the list for distribution, and neither am I. Read the disro list on the bottom of the images. You should still get a little bit of Stone Ruination 10 though. MI got shafted once again, I heard we only got 50 cases for the whole state or some shyt.

Eh, I'm not too mad about MD/DE not being on that Stone distribution list. Not really a fan of smoked beers.

wrong about this year. It is not hot at all, nor onions fresh. I heard they switched summit bittering hops to bravo or something. Big praise over at BA about the no onions thing. Also it's clear as hell this year. The expansion definitely is advancing the whirlpool process or something.
The big Founders bottles are Frangelic Mountain Brown(best fuking brown I ever had on tap this year). Devil Dancer is a Triple IPA, 12%, 112 IBUs, 10 types of hops. It is a hop bomb and definitely feels like more than 112 IBU even though that is probably the absolute limit of AAU dissolvable into beer lol[IIFYM]
