ANNOUNCEMENT
Alright after a "thinking" session last night on the elliptical, I've come to the conclusion I'm going to stop this cut around mid October and start to reverse diet for a couple weeks. I will start my official Fall/Winter slow bulk on November 1st. I will be reevaluating my Macros shortly before the 1st of November so I'll have an idea of what my daily intake will look like. I'm guessing my carb intake is going to be 400+ and I can't wait . I'm guessing I'll be ~190-200lbs about that time.BTK - Work. Hustle. Kill.

Contiuing to smash PR's even in a deficit is making me stoked to go in everyday. I could go higher on my deads I feel but grip is now becoming an issue. So its chalk or straps. Yeah the kid doing bb curls in the squat rack needs to go. At least you got some awesome motivation out of it. Do you do mixed grip on the deads? Go find them straps son so you can go heavier next time.
