I think to me it's how people always want to go at him, and get under his skin, but really he just couldn't care less, and doesn't even try to sugar coat it.
So frequently I see people on here arguing losing battles, and Jacob knows he isn't going to win over anyone, so he just goes out of his way to be irksome.
And in the long run it irritates people even more because they think that the "customer is #1" mantra is the only successful business model, and he defies that by mixing effective products with IMO ineffectual ones, and marketing well and making sound business decisions with places like GNC.Speller Extraordinaire. If something says it will do something and it doesn't, that's called false advertisement. Yes, I get pissed when companies flat out lie about products. Why WOULDN'T I? It's just as crappy to delete negative reviews. I don't buy from this f*cking place anymore, so I don't have to worry about their shady crap, though.
