A closer look to what Arnold did.. because remember he came from nothing.
-Pick something they're good at
-Thousands of hours/non-stop practice of this hobby they're good at
-Market this hobby/enter competitions
What Arnold did next is use his new status (which is now high from him being impressive in BB'ing) and use his connections to introduce him to new fields.. acting to politics..
Some characteristics:
-Positive
-Goal orientated
-Able to give people the belief that he planned everything from the start (making him seem almost above being human.. something that is overlooked)
-CharismaticAM misc brah

1) Incredible work-ethic
2) Always strive to be the best, not just "good enough."
3) Always think bigger once you are near the best at whatever you are doing. Don't be afraid if it seems ridiculous. The idea of Arnold, some nobody bodybuilder becoming a huge movie star was ridiculous at the time. So was the idea that a bodybuilder/action movie star known for his muscles could be Governor of a state.

I'm just saying, if one or two things would have gone against Jay-Z then he could easily be a random average person you walked past on the street when you were going the store earlier today, but no - he's on a yacht somewhere.
The fact of the matter is, you could work even harder than the person who works the hardest, know twice as many people etc. and not have 1/1,000th of their success.
That's just how it is.
You're telling me I could have been as successful as Michael Jackson if I truly gave it 100% since I was 6 years old? that's ludicrous to even consider.Last edited by _Watson_; 08-16-2010 at 02:23 AM.
On the road to becoming aesthetically pleasing.

Because everyone else limits themselves to a middle class mentality. A majority of the people I know feel like the only way to be successful is to go to college and get a degree. I don't know anyone that's ambitious and wants to do something different like start a business or something. I only know one person that has expressed desire to become a millionaire and I think he might actually accomplish that one day.

The amount of repetition, persistence, and patience it takes to achieve insane goals (such as become a millionaire via doing a hobby that you enjoy); IS ALOT! SO much so that most people dont want to achieve that goal anymore. THey just get sick of working on it, thinking about it etc. They just want to forget about it totally. Basically they no longer want to keep staying on that same track. IT takes years to achieve a goal such as "become a billionaire" or some ****. THat is why they say: only those that really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really (* infinite) want that goal, get it. The rest give up eventually, and never finish what they started.
But then you say to yourself, you are doing the same **** in your regular 9-5 job anyway. Same ****ing bull**** week after week. SO why not just put that same method towards a high end goal and keep repeating the same ****ing steps (as you get better at it, get closer etc.)? Try paying bills and working on your "dreams" on the side.... it is exhausting. That is why only those that really (*infinite) want it.... GET IT EVENTUALLY!
