Except on 360 the graphics are crap and you don't have a mouse and keyboard for controls. Lag is just as much an issue on a console, probably even more of a problem since you have less control over which server you play on. On Xbox Live I can't go to my favorite dedicated server near where I live and get 5 ping.

Hacking is a legitimate issue though.

It's odd that you prefer console then. With a high end PC you can guarantee silky smooth FPS. In my experience consoles have trouble maintaining good framerates and lots of the time have FPS capped really low. I doubt a 360 gets 60 frames in MW2 even at 600p.
