Well all your points are valid and you have spent more time on here than I have, so you have seen more people come and go, especially as you say, GOOD people that when taking on Modship get sucked in and forget the truly good people that made it a fun place to be.

I did say in the welcome to the new Mods threads that they should keep posting and not disappear like so many before them.
